Food was great. Drinks were great. Very backed up. Drive thru took at least 10 minutes to get to speaker and at least another 10 to get to the window. Workers inside very discombobulated.
This location seems to be understaffed often. I always try and mobile order. This morning I mobile ordered showed up 15 mins later and the door was locked. I was directed to the drive thru that was packed full of cars. Couldn’t wait another 30 mins because I had to go to work so again I paid for a coffee I couldn’t pick up. It’s happened multiple times. Waited at the drive thru speaker for 9 minutes before I drove up to the window because no one was taking my order. Got to the window to find that there was no cars waiting. Told them I had a mobile order and they grabbed it for me. The excuse for not taking drive thru orders for 9+ mins was understaffing. Dunkin either needs to staff better or train their staff how to deal with a rush.
