I love Jersey Mike's but after reading these reviews it's clear how important it is to hire the right people. I haven't had a problem with the sandwiches here but it is true that this location is much slower than the one in south Portland.

1) The sandwiches are freaking delicious and it's impossible to get anything fresher.2) Pepsi products but I guess I'll forgive that.3) The vibe was either deep depression or like the lobby of a funeral home. Why so glum, chums? Even my wife commented on it. I don't expect a song and dance but a smile here or there could be nice. I don't know, maybe the crew got some sad news tonight.But, those sandwiches sure were good!

Place was filthy, asked for a towel so I could clean the table and the gentleman there told me they didn't have anything to clean it with. He then suggested that I cover the table with a bunch of jersey Mike's paper.... That's exactly what I ended up doing. After the and a half hours in the car, all we wanted was a sub and a stretch. Next time we'll go to Firehouse Subs. Bummer too, cause my husband raved about Jersey Mike's. Finally got a chance to take me there and...... Well, Firehouse Subs never sounded so good.

I like Jersey Mike's subs. Overall, this review is just for this specific location. I have ordered number 43 which is chipotle cheesesteak multiple times at this location. They have not got it correct once. They always give me a chicken cheesesteak. The staff are really nice and usually would remake it for me but if you want a cheesesteak, just double check, emphasize and check again to make sure they get it right so they don't have to remake it

Assuming you can get past the language barrier when ordering, (I tried 3 times to place my order to no avail) the meat quality is sub par compared to any other competitors. That was the most recent visit. Before that, I ordered a cheese steak. We watched as the grill person began a break before our order was started. Nobody replaced her and grill orders backed up including ours. We waited a while and when she came back the backlog caused her to rush. I’m convinced the reason I got sick after I ate was that the meat wasn’t cooked enough.

Must say after trying jersey mikes about a year ago now I find myself going there atleast once a week. Great sandwiches always fast service. Would definitely recommend!

this location is always super busy so i always order ahead, but every single time i order ahead it is never ready so i end up standing there for another 15-20 min. if you have time just go to the saco one it's much better.

I don't mind so much that they're slow, and I don't mind so much that the workers have a hard time speaking English, but if you're paying in cash, be ready to count your change and leave with a wad of singles, because they can't seem to count money.
