Ok, who writes reviews for fast food - especially Little Caesar’s? Well in this case, me I guess. I live about 10 minutes from this location and usually order at least once a week, and have for the past few years. For me, it’s always been consistently good. There was a period about a year ago where they were randomly closed and had cooking issues, but quality has been way better lately. I usually get slices n’ sticks, the pretzel crust pepperoni, of the puffs (which are amazing). The regulars who work here are wicked nice too. It can get really busy on Friday after work and weekends but just order online and you’re good to go. Obviously the 5 starts aren’t for it being the most amazing pizza ever. But for the price, $20 can get you a solid loadout for dinner. Nothing wrong with some Little C’s!

Yeah whoever owns this place is either stupid or greedy. You can tell just walking in that from the top down this place is dysfunctional.

ABOSLUTE THE WORST PLACE EVER!!! The staff are despicable ! We have tried numerous times to order here and 80% of the time they don’t answer the phone !!! This happens all the time !! And we have also gone in an hour and a half before they close and we were told they were not taking anymore orders and they had two pizzas to choose from! This happened another time and they still didn’t have an excuse as to why they couldn’t make a pizza to order when they closed this time and hour and 15 minutes later.THEN…we called the customer service line and they were zero help!! We told them The manager at this Scarborough location was completely rude when we finally were able to get through with one phone call (after getting a busy signal for 30 minutes) this happened numerous occasions. Again, customer service was no help and we also informed them we had ALL OF THIS VIDEO RECORDED ON OUR PHONE !!I never make complaints or write reviews, but this is unacceptable!! The last straw was when we tried to call from our hotel room months after our other horrible occurrences and AGAIN NO ANSWER AT 3:00 in the afternoon!! AFTER 10-15 calls and no response we gave up . We will never give any little Caesar’s a dime of our money ever again because this location was horrible and customer service chose to do nothing even after we emailed them videos of repeated no answers and I also forgot to mention they were answering then hanging up the phone!!!! Pretending not to answer! Just save your money and go somewhere else!

This Little Ceasars is amazingly bad. Imagine if you told someone that had never seen a pizza to make you a pizza. Only tell them some very basic info - cook some bread, cheese, and tomato sauce. Now imagine that person really hates you. This is what you get here - something kind of resembling a pizza, but all kinds of wrong. The food was overdone AND underdone at the same time! How is this even possible. The place is perpetually understaffed, undertrained, and overwhelmed. I know it's cheap, but they do call it edible. Sadly, it is not. Go anywhere else.

Look managers, if you can only employ 2 people on a shift why even open?? Ordered an hour early online for them to not even have the pizza in the oven and overwhelmed with customers when I arrived. Can’t even blame the employees at this point.

This store is an absolute JOKE!!! I went in & placed an order one day, spent quite a bit considering the quality of food. With the order, a cheese bread. I asked if it came with marinara, they said no. A CUP of marinara would be $1.50, ok fine, I paid for one. There was less than half a cup of sauce in the container. I said "this is $1.50? It's not even filled" Even spoke to management about it who said "unfortunatly that's our portion" when another customer also got a cup that was filled. The "manager" who's also a joke, still refused to give me a full cup that I paid for. A few days ago I went in, wanted a deep dish, they said they don't do hot & ready deep dishes & that there was 4 deep dish orders ahead of mine, so it would be about a 35 minute wait. For a little deep dish pizza??! I've worked at Little Caesars. Even if there were several ahead of mine, it should take no more than 10 mins. Tried placing an order online today & their ordering system was down. I called to place the order & they said they would not take an order over the phone because if it was my bank, then it would be a waste of food. Basically saying that I couldn't afford it, that's why the order wouldn't place. This store is TERRIBLE, the management is TERRIBLE & I give up on this awful, zero customer service store! I'd give it a 0 star if I could!!!

Ordered online with bo indication that food was being delivered by a third party delivery. Food was delivered to the wrong place first. Driver did speak English so I couldn't communicate with him to get to me. Called the store and was basically told not pur problem. Finally got delivered late and cold.will never Order again and confirmed why I don't use third party food delivery.

Every day for the last week I have tried over and over again to come in and get my autistic child her favorite comfort meal. Most days they’ve got the lights off, trying to pretend like they’re closed. There is usually a screaming baby inside, waving a half filled bottle of Mountain Dew. Everyone is irritated. They often are just not taking orders. I came in tonight to this sign. Only two other people in the lobby, and I can see multiple hot and ready breads not in the order slots, but in the general warmer spot. I only have cash, and I’m being told they will only accept online orders. Which have an hour wait time. I have my child who is VISIBLY crying finding out once again can’t have her favorite food. I am sick of trying to come here only to be turned away. Just close, or figure it out, guys. This is unreal.

Experience was less than satisfactory. Very apparent that employees take no measure of ensuring personal hygiene, don’t wear gloves, are very poorly trained, which was reflected by the person having not messed up just our order, but several people in front of us as well. Everyone makes mistakes, it would’ve been fine if we were offered, either a genuine apology and/or some type of discount/monetary compensation. Overall, atmosphere felt incredibly dingy and frustrating experience to say the least.
