Usually don’t like to leave reviews but this place is just so terrible it’s hard not to. It doesn’t matter how small your order is, they absolutely will screw it up. Food is literally thrown together and grease will be soaking in the boxes and bag. It doesn’t matter how many chances I give this McDonald’s, I’d literally rather drive to the one 10 minutes out of my way than go here.

If you're tired of the "we're short-handed " reason/excuse for your food taking 25 minutes at the drive-thru with zero apologies and zero effs left to give ((by the shift supervisor))....avoid this constant letdown.

Love McDonald's...what more is there to add but this one is definitely more about drive up window service. I can't tell you how many times I have driven away due to a long line. The in house service is very much a second thought...you have to clap your hands or whistle to let them know you are there...They want you to do everything through their app or self-service. Horrible really. I still love McDonald's but this becomes intolerable.

We stopped by tonight after work for a quick dinner and both of our McDoubles were burnt they were so burnt they were black.
Pretty busy but they seem to keep up okay compared to some places.Kid-friendliness: They have a super neat table that lights up & when you touch it the lights change color! (Let's hope the wash it A LOT I assume prob everyone touches it!) The kids will love it for sure

i sat in line for 30 minutes at 2:30 in the afternoon. this was completely ridiculous as the lady on the microphone asked for my code, once i gave it to her she didn't respond to another word i said and took the person in lane 2's order. the staff doesn't care if the line is wrapped around the building! it doesn't affect their pay! do better mcdonald's.

Ordered Big Mac through drive-through without pickles. It came with extra pickles! The burgers were good other than that.

I usually never post reviews of any kind, but I do think this was warranted. I ordered a milkshake and the lid for what I'm assuming for the chocolate sauce or something was IN my milkshake. This is so unacceptable- it should have never been served to me. Will not be going back.
