We have been to class at Laura’s adorable space and recently had a birthday party for our 3-year old. Laura’s team came to our party, set everything up and successfully held the attention of 17 toddlers to make edible cookie dough. It was so much fun and rewarding for the kids. I highly recommend both her classes and birthday package!

Laura did a great job with our daughters 9th birthday. They made poptarts which I thought was so unique! She was so good at keeping the kids engaged even our toddler who tagged along for the fun! We will definitely be trying out classes in the future ?

We recently had my daughter’s 6 year birthday party with Laura! Laura was extremely helpful in the planning portion but also opened her space to us to decorate and made us feel so relaxed and welcomed during the party. The space is great for a party- the kiddos can burn off some energy in the play space and then they were so focused with making their edible cookie dough and really paid attention to Laura’s directions and listened- then they are able to play again before cake and presents. The flow was perfect- everyone (including adults) were entertained for 2 hours and no one wanted to leave! Laura also baked a delicious cake for the party! Would recommend 10/10! Can’t wait to go back for more fun classes!!!

I’m so glad to have found this unique and fun activity to try with my daughter! I was so impressed by Laura and how sweet and patient she was with all of the kiddos, and I was particularly impressed by the way she differentiated each step depending on each kiddo’s age and level of experience. My daughter was beaming with pride at the creation she made (apple cider cake ?) and to top it all off it tasted delicious! I am so excited to attend another class with her, and plan to attend the toddler class with my youngest as well. Highly recommend!

Best of the best! Truly the best kid activity in Greater Portland. Show up with nothing, leaving with a delicious treat and a happy kid. From muffins, cookies, whoopie pies and breads. My son and I have done it all. He loves the classes so much he wanted to do his birthday party there too, which we did! All his friends, and parents LOVED it as much as we do. Laura also made the best birthday cake for his party. My son has really enjoyed discovering baking. I am not a baker so it was so cool to find this and give him an opportunity to try something new. I had no idea how much he would love it. He wants to "mix something up" and bake every morning. We have done dozens of classes. Best money spent. You can not have a bad time. Laura is the best with engaging kids, teaching them independence. This is truly the best kid centered activity and we have tried it all. Also, such a cool way to connect with your kid, make a mess, and focus on them without thinking about the clean up!!! Do it! Sign up and we hope to meet so many new friends there!

Laura created delicious and beautiful desserts for our wedding on August 5th and we could not have been more pleased!!! She made lemon bars, blueberry hand pies, & mini whoopee pies-they were all from scratch of course and made with local and super fresh ingredients so the taste was amazing! Moreover she was an absolute pleasure to work with-so sweet and thoughtful. I cannot recommend her enough! My daughter started attending in fall of 2022 when she was 4, and has been attending classes regularly since. We also had her birthday party with MePowered Pastries - the best ever! Up until the point of starting these classes, it was somewhat difficult to get my daughter to focus in classes or group settings. The happiest surprise for us was seeing her thrive and focus in these classes. I think she's just so empowered by the opportunity to perform these big responsibilities of measuring, rolling dough, mixing, decorating, making a mess... she loves it all. Laura is amazing with the kids and we love her as a person. She's both enthusiastic about what she does and knowledgeable. It also doesn't hurt that every single thing my daughter has baked with Laura has turned out absolutely amazing and delicious. We hold onto each of the recipes to remake in the future because they are that great! Oh also worth noting- order your whoopie pies from MePowered Pastries they are SO good (my husband knows his whoopies pies). You thought I was done, but I'm still going... she made a birthday smash cake for my other child with homemade strawberry frosting and it was nothing short of mind-blowing. We as a family had to eat the leftover smashcake from my 1 year old because, even smashed, it was the best thing we served at that party. I'd give 100 stars if I could I'm just so pleased with this business.

I took my granddaughters here for a baking class, to make a Father’s Day cake. They had so much fun! The cakes came out wonderful. The instructor was wonderful with the kids. So much fun, would highly recommend this business.
