How do you screw up a pizza ( or in our case a calzone) at a Pat's pizza restaurant? Well they did it! The crust was plain and hard as a rock, but yet the pepperoni, and red onion inside was not even fully cooked! Some slapped it together because of the lunch hour, threw in there pass thru oven, and said CLOSE enough. Terrible, gross, and even smelled smoky inside. Can't describe how bad this was. And oh yea, don't ask about the sausage parmigiana sandwich. Guess they won't have to worry about my returning.

We ordered 2 pizzas and onion rings couples of draft beers. Large cheese and small onion and mushroom pizzas both delicious. Onion rings okay. Great service. Place looks great! Great atmosphere!

Six plus years I (we) waited for a chance to redeem the last visit. The dining room changed. The food and service got sooooooooooo much worse. It's so bad. Not impressed! Take the Pats logo off the building. I've been to every location. This is the worst! Bar none. Dry Pizza. Squirrel brained service. Do not go here. The locals love it! The casual fan of Pat's? A big hell no.Wheelchair accessibility: Well, there was a wheel chair........

Every week for the past 10 years, myself, and a group of people go to pats for lunch or dinner. And for that length of time I have been ordering the Asian chicken salad. However, recently, they have changed the dressing, as well as the contents of the salad. The last few times I have gone to Pats there have been no mandarin oranges and the dressing is different which is a disappointment - it’s creamier and heavier.I hope that Pats reads this review and go back to the way the salad used to beI am very disappointed. I have always looked forward to the salad each week.

I found the setup a little confusing. On the left side is a dine-in sports bar and restaurant. On the right side is a take out pizza place. Both sell the same pizza as far as I can tell.I went for the dine-in experience. The floorplan was poorly done, I think they could redo and have a lot better customer flow. The walls were busy with lots of pictures and plenty of flat screen TVs playing sports. There is a full bar. The bathrooms were well stocked and clean. The staff was friendly and efficient.I tried the lasagna which came with a house salad and garlic bread. I had a couple of bar drinks and also tried the mud pie for dessert. Sorry I didnt take a pic of the pie, I was two-thirds done before I remembered I was doing a review. It was yummy.Everything was pretty good, no complaints. I am usually pretty stringy on giving anyone four stars, but I gave them 4 stars on service. I like to have a dirty Roy Rogers (grenadine, Coke, whiskey, in a tall glass). This is the first place that did it perfectly on the first try. Usually they use either a short glass or not enough grenadine. So hats off to the bartender. Also, my server was pretty darn good too.

Went in today after at least 10 years, all I can say is wow! Service was friendly and attentive, food was the best Pat's Pizza I've had (and I've tried them all). We had buffalo chicken pizza (crispy), Italiano calzone and a works pizza. The back bar area has a good vibe with TVs everywhere to watch games. We'll definitely be back.

Overall not good experience. The quality of food is not worth the price. My husband ordered over the phone - nothing too complicated, 3 items no special requests - asked for a large breadsticks and it was small when we got there. Luckily we were charged appropriately. We ordered the cheeseburger pizza and you could tell the pickles were forgotten then just thrown on top after the pizza was cut. There was very little burger, mostly just onion. We also got mozz sticks and they were cold (the rest of the food was warm) and we had to reheat them when we got home - we live only 5 minutes away. These seem like small things, but it's really disappointing for the price and it's not the first time these mistakes have happened when we order pretty simple items. The manager/owner needs to step up to help employees ensure quality standards are upheld. We have been to Pat's in Yarmouth and got amazing food! Pat's in Scarborough should be more convenient, but we will be making the drive to Yarmouth or just eating elsewhere from now on.

UPDATE!!!!!!Responding to Tyler's response to my review. We were unaware that in order to sit at the bar we had to wait to be sat. Yes, the hostess was gracious enough to take care of us until the waitress arrived, who by the way arrived an hour late for her shift. After a few minutes of sitting down, we did ask the bar tender if she could put it on a certain game for us and she did. However, with 9 minutes left in the fourth quarter of the football game we were watching, the bartender turned around and put majority of the channels on the basketball game. I'd like to say that this was not her fault however, it is her fault because she has no idea how to run the TV system and neither does any of the staff. We sat and watched the bartender and several weight staff try to figure out how to use the television programming system on the wall and none of them could figure it out for 7 minutes. Yup, we timed how long it took them to get our game back on and 7 minutes went by. Again, we were not the only people in the bar watching a football game and all of a sudden our games were gone off the TV. We counted 4 waitresses plus a hostess working that night. There were 4 tables in the bar area with one waitress and clearly she could not handle her tables. Every person who sat at a table in the bar area was complaining very loudly at how horrible the waitress was. As a customer, I feel that the owners response to my review is very childish. To the owner, rather than condoning the horrible waitstaff and the lack of knowledge your team has and how to run the TV systems, you should be apologizing to me for what me, my husband and all the other patrons who were in the bar expecting to watch sports games and have a few drinks had to go through.Where to begin. Went here on a Sunday....football Sunday. They have a new expansion..a sports bar...ha! Came in at 4:30 and no one sat us so we just sat ourselves. 3 tables in the entire place and it took 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us. 14 tvs in the so called sports bar and no one who works here on a SUNDAY...during football season. Ok so appetizer we ordered...horrible. Yes this place is known for their pizza and yes the pizza is still yummy. Wait staff was well on a scale of 1-10... a minus 1. They recently did an expansion and calling it a sports bar....well act like a sports bar! Your bar tender and wait staff don't even know how to run the televisions. There were numerous people in the bar when we were there that were so angry that the games they wanted to see were not even playing because staff didn't know how to put them on the televisions. Several televisions show the same game which is just ridiculous. When we ordered a pizza to sit and watch a football game, they put our pizza in a to-go box and asked us if we are ready for our check when we still had full beers. You wanna make money for you're so called sports bar, hire better wait staff and better bar tenders.
