I loved the pesto tortellini which we paired with a salad. I looove pesto . The tortellini was filling and yum. The salad was big enough for the two of us and we had leftovers. The garlic bread was delish!

The Cobb salad w/ chicken was delicious...esp with added cheese and egg. My friend enjoyed her cheese pizza. The server was accommodating with our requests and very pleasant but unfortunately never came back to see how we were doing. (Maybe short staffed??). Overall, another good experience with PPCParking: Plenty of parking spaces to choose from in the big parking lot.

Stood waiting to be seated for 13 min. The staff made eye contact but made no move to show us to a table or even communicate with us. So we left! Im sure the food was good but even if their short staffed good manners and courtesty go a long way.

Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free options that are very good. I am not gluten free, but have family that is and am perfectly happy to eat their gluten free crust.

Eating at the Scarborough location had been a tradition for my family when we were traveling back into Maine or spending the day in southern Maine. However, after our experience on Friday, February 23, 2024 (late afternoon early dinner) we have decided to find a new place to call our "thing" in the future. The first thing we noticed was how very cold it felt. We noticed that some waitstaff had sweatshirts on (not the usual), and most importantly, many other customers were eating their meals with their coats on. I ordered a hot chocolate because I was so cold. The beverage came lukewarm at best and it took only a few minutes for it to feel almost cold. When I asked for it to be warmed up I received a full cup, warmer, but not as hot as the coffee my husband had. Then my meal came. Initially, I thought it was ok but at that first bite I noticed it was gently warm and not hot. A few more bites in and I started experiencing cold penne pasta and marinara sauce. Had I ordered a pasta salad, this would have been fine. But I ordered an expected hot dish. When I attempted to explain this to our waitress, she returned stating, "it is 72* in here but the door opening cools it down." I suggested she sample the food on my plate so she could see how cold my food was. She walked off, shaking her head and making a face as she rung up our check. Not once did a manager address our situation or respond to my email. Disappointed and disgusted.

I got a Thanksgiving sandwich and it was borderline cold after I was told it would take about 20 Minutes to prepare. And the stuffing had no seasoning in it over all disappointing and spent my hard earned money for an overpriced cold flavorless sandwich don't buy the the thanksgiving sandwich!

Ordered to go. Neither pizza had all the toppings/ingredients listed on the menu. One crust was soggy, the other was burnt. Both were inedible. This place is a waste of time, money, and calories.
