I look everywhere for my brothers size in a really cute Spidey outfit and they didn't have his size! I think that there should always be the right size.

Highly unimpressed. Sam's had a 1 year card on sale for $15 (usually $50) so I snapped it up. Went in today for the first time ever and at the service desk I got my card and off I went shopping. I get done shopping and hit the checkout line and the screen asks me if I want to upgrade to membership plus for an extra $56.... uh noHere's where things went downhill because the cashier tells me that without membership plus I can't shop in the store before 10amWait what....I can't shop whenever I want to unless I pay an extra $56Guess I won't be shopping there often cuz I prefer to shop first thing in the morning They really need to tell members that BEFORE buying the membership

Walked in at 6 PM on a Wednesday. Cafe was closed even though the website says it’s open until 7 PM.

My kids were really looking forward to some snacks from the sams cafe. We walked in at 5p on a Friday and the cafe was closed despite the stores website claiming its open til 7p. The sams was very busy and we overheard numerous people coming from the registers wanting to get something from the cafe were surprised that it was closed. Not too pleased by this. I pay a premium membership to shop at sams and hope that the hours that are represented on the website would reflect reality.

Associates are very helpful and accommodating. Prices are great compared to local grocery stores. I love the scan and go feature. Do most of my shopping here, just wish the motorized scooter baskets were larger to accommodate large purchases and bigger size packages.

I love Sam's Club. I also love this Sam's Club. I am a Buy in bulk junkie! Parking is always plentiful, Gas is priced great (lines are long sometimes), and I love the skip the lines phone check out! I often use the pick up option though because I tend to spend $400 every time I walk inside. The employees are always very nice. I even got my new tires there this year and was very pleased with my pricing.

I only use my club membership for the gas. It's very unfortunate when I plan my work day as a delivery driver to be able to fill up my tank in time before getting started with my shift. Often times this club location will not let its members know when construction is happening to pumps, or why pumps are closed at any given time. Today the club decided to repave their entire lot.. they paved the side of the lot that no one uses over night, but decided to leave the pavement of the gas pumps until normal business hours. Also their night gas attendant is sketchy. He'll go up to woman's cars as they're pumping gas and trying to start a conversation with the customer clearly isn't looking for one. Would not recommend.

Scan and go is the best! No waiting in lines, just shop, pay, and go.

Huge thanks to Jimmy and the team in the Bakery Department for supporting our business and coming through in a big way! Our clients love your pies and rave about them - and we love how dependable and helpful your whole team is! Highly recommend!!!

DO NOT buy the watermelon. Every time I buy fresh fruit their, it’s garbage. Drove a 2 hour round trip for hard as a brick watermelon. If this happened occasionally it would be one thing, but it has become a regular occurrence. Wherever they are buying from, they obviously pick it too soon. The worse thing is it’s not worth the gas or time to return it. Which is great for Sams Club. Win win for you!

Always clean and fast check out

Almost had a disaster, ordered our daughters graduation cupcakes from our local Hannaford a week in advance. Went to pick up this morning and they looked like something a 4 year old would make. They were so bad….

I have been shopping at Sam's since I was a kid. It's great, it doesn't matter the area or even the state your in Sam's are always consistently set up the same way and run just about the same. To save at Sam's you do need a membership if you have a family or a few folks your buying for I think it's worth it. We usually shop here every 3-6 weeks but things in bulk and when we run out we head back. You will also find gas is typically 8-10 cents a gallon cheaper at Sam's.

I got a Sam's membership on Groupon for $25 because why not? It includes a free pizza and the pizza is GIGANTIC and actually quite tasty. Luckily you can activate the membership on your phone and use the Sam's app as your membership card, so you NEVER have to go to the service desk (unless you want a physical card). I parked relatively far away because it was so busy. I've been a member of Sam's in the past so I knew what to expect going in. I was surprised to be required to show my membership upon entering. I wasn't prepared for this and fumbled with my phone for a few minutes figuring out the app. Eventually I went in and it was very busy and crowded in terms of products, people and carts. I knew what I was there for so I b-lined it to a few select areas and got in a short line to pay. Despite being the short line it took the longest amount of time compared to the checkouts around me. Eventually I paid and headed towards the door, recipt in hand. I approached the door person and he began to scan random items in my cart and said "have a nice day". I to-this-day don't understand the purpose of scanning 5 or so random items was but I'll roll with it. I drove away forgetting they sell cheap gas (ugh) and went home. Oh, they also didn't have ANY toilet paper or paper towels, that I saw. At the end of the day I won't be going back for a while. I stocked up on pork butts so I don't have a real reason to go back for a bit.
