Someone needs to tell Eric to stop flirting with customers cause it makes customers feel uncomfortable and not wanna come back. As a customer, we should not be hit on by the person at the drive thru. It’s inappropriate and completely unacceptable.

Pulled in for a quick cup at 5p and was informed that they don't serve dark roast after 11a? Starbucks is a waste of space without dark roast. I won't be back to this poorly run location.

Wow. Whoever made my ice pumpkin cream cold foam chai latte, I hope your pillows are always cold and you never have a bad hair day. I never get a bad drink there and when they messed up my order they had a new one ready for me in like 30seconds (& gave me the "messed up" drink for free!). Only negative would be how annoying the parking can be to go inside, but the drive thru is efficient and somewhat easy to get in and out of. Everyone who works there busts their asses off and deals w annoying/rude customers daily... and they still manage to be kind and patient to everyone. They all deserve a raise to be honest!

Got there, theirs a sign out front reading, no food cause of being closed for a week, alright… then we get in and order a iced chai simple enough, in return we get a “we’re outta chai” not a “so sorry but we’re outta chai” just “we’re outta chai” then the employee just kinda stares at you like we shoudlve known. Just interesting how if you’re closed for a week… just stay closed till you have stuff that you need to be open…?

The ambiance here is consistently clean and organized, but during our visits, we've noticed some issues with the loud music. It makes it a bit tough to conduct a meeting or even chat on the phone. Could someone gently remind the lovely ladies at the cash register that this is a cozy coffee shop and not quite a lively nightclub? That would be wonderful, thank you!

I'm from out of town ( toronro Canada) just passing through town. I went into this location for the first time. I ordered a cold brew . The staff was amazing. Very friendly and absolutely fantastic customer service. 5 stars all around.
Popped in for some caffeine before I started my day. The drive thru was bananas but I was able to walk in and out before the drive thru was cleared. Sumatra with cinnamon and honey was a great way to start the day.

Had to drive to this Starbucks because closest one to highway had drive thru only. This place we used drive thru after seeing that people parked couldn't get out easily and the drive thru blocked access.Also drink customization incorrect on one drink.

So it’s so difficult for me to right this because the staff here in scarborough are beyond fantastic and always have been and I am a loyal client who goes there every single day.What is really disappointing is I have complained about the extreme over growth of weeds around the sign, building, drive thru and coming through the patio that just looks terrible but also rubs up against your vehicle when driving thru the drive thru and when I complained before the weeds and messy landscaping was addressed but what upsetting and disappointing is that whom every is in charge of making sure this stuff is being tending sue does a terrible job and to be aesthetics and presence is everything and though I love the staff and I live in scarborough I hate driving thru this Starbucks because it truly looks trashy with the overgrowth and trash in visible site.Parking: Parking lot super small and drive thru line going right thru a very tight parking lot.
