The place has really gone downhill. I’ve been going there for about 25 years. The service is the worst the food mediocre at best. They never give you all of your order. They ask if you want duck sauce, hot mustard, and soy sauce and when you say yes, they never give you any,. They constantly getting the orders wrong I guess it’s back to Pak Lee

Very good wings and teriyaki beef, picked up for a quick snack for myself and my son, take out order was ready in 10 minutes, super quick!Parking: I had a pickup truck with an attached trailer, no issues whatsoever finding a place to park.

I have been a customer for 30 years and the current owners and management have no concern for their customers or their experience. Thry have gotten my order wrong multiple times and forgotten items that we had paid for. The firs time I called to report it, I was told I was not being honest and they offered no credit or opportunity to go back and get my missing items. This is, in essence, stealing from their customers. They just lost a 30 year customer.

I called for a puppy for two and I asked instead of crab Rangoon I wanted chicken fingers. GRRRRR She gave me extra crab Rangoon instead of chicken fingers. Would love to have a Lan order of chicken fingers and a person I can understand to talk to me.Also teriyaki steak was barely cooked.

My experience was not good, food seemed old and had a strange taste. I stopped eating it. Later my daughter threw up for hours! Not happy. Will not be going back!

Food is awful. Straight-out-of-the-freezer stuff. Service is rude and when I called to let them know they messed up on an order, instead of appologizing they became accusatory, stating that I was lying. And the atmosphere? Come on. It's OK to change things up at least once a generation. Same decor since the 90's at least.

I thought we would try a new place for New Year’s Eve. I ordered a small pork fried rice and was told by Joey at the front that they only have large orders..but the menu states they have both. I didn’t want a large because I’m the only person eating it. So I had to order a large to get a pork fried rice. I spent 45 mins waiting for the food, (and they kept going back to the kitchen to check for orders) when I got it- the bag was cold, so I guess it was ready for awhile and got missed…the rice was not cooked and somewhat crunchy, the teriyaki beef was cold. The chicken fingers were pretty good. I will try it again when not so busy but disappointed this time.
