Great option for a quick coffee and sandwich. I was thrilled to see they had a vegan sausage, egg and cheese bagel! It was delicious for a quick bite!

definitely a big fan of aroma joes. never had a problem with staff, there always nice and seem like they wanna be there. but everytime my order is missing something!! i don’t always have time to go back. it just sucks when you pay for things and don’t get them.

horrible girl at the window. messed up my order and the person in front of me order. Extremely rude to me. charged me for 2 drinks . spent more time laughing and talking instead of taking orders when there was a long line.

Just as I was getting ready to become a regular patron and leave Dunkin... Ordered a croissant with egg, and they accidentally made it with ham. I took it back and ask them to remake it and now i have an egg sandwich that tastes like ham. Anyone who has gotten sick from pork before knows this is bad. I always leave a tip and I really wanted to like aroma Joe's.

Aroma Joe's employees are ALWAYS happy and friendly. This location is convenient and easy to enter and exit. The line always moves quickly. My favorite food, the egg bites!!! Coffee is always good and always prepared as requested. It's a pleasant experience.

When they get it right, their coffee is decent. But the lack of consistency is astonishing. If you order the same type of latte 5 days in a row, you'll get 5 different drinks. The first few times I ordered there, asked for a mocha, and received a hot coffee with lots of cream and about a dozen sugars. Another time I ordered a hot black tea with the bag out, and got hot water.Those experiences were a few years back, so I recently started to try again over the last few months. Its proximity is convenient, but having to go elsewhere after placing an Aroma Joe's order is a waste of my time and money. The cashiers are sweet, but I am not sure if the breakdown comes when the order is taken or when the coffee is made. The cashiers should always repeat the order back to the customer, and the "barista" should repeat it when the drink us handed over.
