The food is usually good. Yesterday got burnt chicken and burnt steak philly. It was embarrassing for them, as both subs had meat on only one half of the roll, there is no way that they did not know, they simply did not care. $29 down the drain. I will think before going there again. I visited on 03-24-24 at about 1PM and it was order #72. NOT GOOD

The staff was friendly. The photos of the cheese steaks and other menu items looked appetizing. We ordered two small philly cheese steaks, two sodas and one loaded fries. The order was put together right in front of us. We sat down to eat and were disappointed in the small amount of cheese on the sandwiches. The bread was soft and fresh, but the steak was chewy and didn't seem fresh or hot. The veggies were fresh. The fries were good on their own, but the cheese sauce is like something you would get at your local convenience store and was pretty gross. The bacon bits were okay. If you are looking for a quick lunch, then go for it. If you're looking for a real philly cheese steak, stay away from this place.

I got a Philly cheesesteak and it had no mushrooms, one single pepper, no cheese and didn't even have enough steak for one layer across the whole roll. It was mostly shredded lettuce. The franchise owner is clearly a cheap SOB and they shouldn't be allowed to own one.

I grab food here every time I go to the mall, and when I'm working(I work in the mall). I usually get the turkey cheddar and cheese/bacon fries. I would definitely recommend this place if you want a sandwich and you're at the mall! they usually have a pretty long line and there's only two people working most of the time so I would say be prepared to wait awhile on a busy day.. but other than that, love it! One thing I will say though, they're more on the pricey side.

I have eaten here three times over the course of about a year the same lady and guy are always working they are both nice and the food comes out quick and taste good but… I have gotten food poisoning every single time I have eaten here and it makes me very concerned about the food standards and cleanliness of the establishment.
