Ordered appetizers through the app , curbside.. food was uncooked! Southwest rolls, soggy like doughballs. Horrible! I was very disappointed after spending almost 30.00 dollars, would not recommend!

Tasty food. Service is off the mark and management needs to take a look to see if standards are met. My visit was at lunch. Sat in bar with family. Table was dry and sticky when we sat down. My family all agreed. When we requested a re wipe , she had to tell us that she had wiped it. No one disagreed but when in a restaurant and tables are wiped with a dirty cloth, they dry sticky. Management needs to make sure clean cloths are used. She gave my wife the wrong drink. My son spilled a drink, which is sound that everyone knows in a restaurant and warrants an inquiry by the wait staff. She did nothing and let me clean everything when I had no napkins. Found some. Had to leave a big pile of napkins on the floor after I got them. Staff walked by the pile. Kind of a shame but hopefully management will reset expectations to avoid losing more business.

Dear owner, a deep, deep clean would go a long way to improve this Chili’s. Wipe down every chair and surface. Wash your door windows. Spring for a replacement handle and new weather stripping on your entry door. Ask, no, insist on some dress standards for your associates. They are helpful and friendly but hardly look professional. When we visited at lunch, one person was waiter and bartender. Only 3 tables had diners. In a huge place, only the one room was open. Maybe deep clean this one room first. Food was ok. Service was friendly. Please. Just clean then maybe do some updating. Thank you.

It was cold outside and it was just as cold inside it was like there was no heat at all they were very short staffed which made wait time for service a lot longer after you were seated but as always food was
This store just needs to be shut down. Walk in, everyone looks like they just walked off the street and was put to work. No uniforms, people in winter jackets and hats. Definitely didn't look like they worked there. Was sat down quickly but waited, and waited and waited and waited...no one came. Not once. Never even got drinks. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere. Save yourself the time and aggravation and do the same.

Next time we will ask to be seated on the ":other side" as the bar area booths are so nosiy you cannot hear your own conversation. We also intensely dislike having to pay at thetable using the " scanner.

This my go-to restaurant when hungry and driving through Bangor. It's a very short drive from I-95 taking exit 186. My absolute favourite is the street corn! I also usually order the fajitas (they never disappoint), but this time, I went berserk got the 1/2 rack of ribs and mac and cheese. That combo was a winner!! Not too much food but just enough to keep me on the road without fainting for a few hours. Besides the good food, I like that they always seem to take my order quickly and I'm never waiting long to pay and get back on the road. The servers have consistently been good and the bathrooms always decent.
