So I had one of the employees make me a ham and cheese grilled sandwich ? and hands down it was one of the best sandwiches in the area they even cut the ham to little bits and pieces and every bite gave me a sensation. 1 to 10 I rate the sandwich and overall store a 9 and a half plus ❤️❤️❤️❤️??? ??. If ur in the south Portland maine area come ask for that sandwich and see for urself.

I eat at this location a couple times a week because it is by far the best location in Maine. The whole crew is very friendly and quick. Tommy specifically is an absolute legend and has my wrap ready for me by the time I walk in almost every time. Someone please give this whole crew a raise and a promotion haha.

I stayed in south portland for 2 months. I went here almost everyday for an awesome teriyaki chicken rice bowl also loves there Thanksgiving sub come with a side of gravy. I love all their options and the staff was amazing everytime I went in it was like seeing old friends. Absolutely love this place recommend highly. Enjoy!

Overall it's not that bad, but when you ask for extra cheese on your number 9 pocket, you would think they would cook and melt the cheese with inside the meat but they don't, they put it on top of the sandwich so when you open the package to consume your sandwich it's all melted to the packaging. I guess it all depends on who the cook is that day, because some days my sandwich is cooked perfectly, the cheese is melted perfectly all through the sandwich, but then some days it's like they forgot to put the cheese in with the meat while cooking and just decided to throw the cheese on top where it melts to the packaging, when you open it.Parking: At Noontime it's a bit crowded but it is lunchtime for most people in a business area, but overall they get people in and out of the store quickly, so there's usually a parking spot.Kid-friendliness: All depends on who's working, but most of the people that work there are very kind and knowledgeable.

This place takes delivery orders for rice bowls and delivers the sandwich instead. Happened two days in a row. So it's not a fluke. You'd think someone would notice they aren't selling any rice bowls. They must pay lousy and get the bottom of the barrel help wise. Pretty pathetic with modern technology.
