Taste varies because delivery apps deliver the food cold often but not Johnny Rockets fault. I get the grilled cheese sometimes with added onion rimgs in it and tomatoes. I get fries. Pictures are multiple visits. Grilled cheese is good as long as they don't burn it. Fries are hit or miss on quality. Not loaded with salt thankfully. Chocolate cookies are gooey and worth the price. I wish the store stayed open later. The onion rings are pretty good. Crispy.Parking: The Maine Mall's parking lot.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. So they'll get 1 star. The prices and the quality of the food is terrible. Now I understand this is a mall food court. Sometimes it's not expected to have good, hot quality food at a mall food quart. However, $80 dollars for a burger, that mind you had a stale bun, two cheese steak subs that were tiny, fries (which are not included in the meal. They're $5.60 a pop), 3 sodas..... $80. When you're at the mall, do yourself a favor and skip Johnny Rocket's. You're not missing much.

You guys are lucky to have Thomas as an employee. During my visit today I ate at the bar, and I watched him go the extra mile for every man woman and child. From special needs costumers to young children he aided and smiled the whole time. .If I owned a business or restaurant I’d snatch him up in a heart beat to be the face of my company. Pay him more & show him some appreciation!! He definitely deserves it !!

Was wonderfully surprised by the attentive staff, speed of service, and deliciousness of my burger. Ordered a jalapeno popper and a double cheeseburger. Both were hot greasy burgers with fun ambiance of an American diner. I enjoyed my time here and would come again!

There is a wonderful black gentleman that took our order and he is so sweet. I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed giving my order to someone but he is awesome. Doesn’t stand still the whole time we were here he was always doing something whether it was sweeping or wiping down counters with a positive attitude. We don’t have a Johnny rockets in WV where we’re from our closest one is in Baltimore, MD. Really enjoyed being in his company.

Loved this place as it was one of my favorites to get food inside the mall, unfortunately the last few times I've gone every burger we've gotten has been almost raw. The food quality is disgusting now. Until they check or start cooking until their food is fully cooked I will be avoiding this place. Very disappointing and was hoping this was a fluke but every order now comes very red almost raw. Ordered two doubles and one single for the group and out of all of that only one patty from one double was cooked. The three other patties were not cooked long enough with one being almost raw... $40 straight to the trash, extremely disappointed. This is the new standard for this place as it's happened consistently with all my orders.

This experience could have been a lot better. It started out with a very long order taking process then we had to wait even longer for our food. We were patient since it is kind of a restaurant but the quality was not worth the time or money. The one good item was the cheddar bacon double and plain fries. Otherwise, the shakes were way to chunky, the chili fries weren't supposed to have onions on them, and they forgot about our sauce. To make matters worse the shake took an extra 10 minutes because there was no communication between the workers. This part is for the owners or management. We went at 1:47 on friday and Sashauna took our order.

the lady who took my order had a bad attitude and rolled her eyes when i forgot my receipt. the food is over priced, almost 25 dollars for two milkshakes and bacon cheese fries. the fries took a while to come out when other people fries were out way before mine. it's a cute little place, but the attitude is unacceptable.
