We typically enjoy frozen Factory. We went today and the ice cream was about 50% melted, it just looked like a melted puddle. We got a small amount and asked the worker who said it was fine. We said we didn’t want to eat it because it was melted. They were going to still charge us. It would have maybe been a dollar because it was such a small melted amount - not the best customer service.

Something feels off with this place. It used to go by Red Mango and was an amazing frozen yogurt place where you could pile on the toppings yourself. But now it goes by 'Frozen Factory' and I can never get a straight answer if this is a rebranding or a whole new leadership.I hate how the employees now put on the toppings. Doing it yourself was half the fun! They also serve smoothies now too but I find all it serves to do is confuse what should be a simple menu.

Quality is down tasted stale last time. And the name of the place has changed. And they have guest Wi-Fi but it you ask the cashiers about it they act like deer in headlights

Wow, I had the worst experience here at The Frozen Factory (formerly Red Mango). I have never left a bad review for someone ever until now.So tonight my teenage daughter started to not feel well (she has a cardiac dysfunction) and we walked in to get a snack and so she could sit down. It was only 6 PM but the chairs were stacked up so nobody could sit. I took a chair out for her before she was feeling faint and weak and I went to get us the fro-yo. As I waited in line to pay, the owner YELLED at her to put the chair back. I was shocked and said said "well, hey she actually needs to sit down, she has a heart issue". So he angrily said "FINE!". The people in line, we all just looked at each other like ??? I was shocked and perturbed and told my daughter to forget the chair, just go sit out on the nearby mall benches. Then I left my items right there and went out to join her, I was not going to wait and pay for the overpriced crap after he was so strangely angry and rude. One of the other even customers even came by and said to me how rude he was, and that he was like that before to her! At that I point I went back in and advised the owner he was really rude to us and explained why, that it was uncalled for to yell at her like that for simply pulling out ONE chair. I couldn't get over how combative he was to me even though I was calm and as nice as possible. I don't like confrontation and have never directly complained to a store owner before. I advised him that other customers came up to me after his outburst and commented he had "been like that all day". He was so oddly hostile throughout this conversation and even told me I never had to come back there again. Bizarre, since I wasn't even being angry back to him. Very, very odd experience for me as a patron and completely off the wall seeing someone act like that.

The manager of this store is so unfriendly and rude. My 10 year old niece was asking about gluten free options and he dismissed her by saying everything is gluten free. I spoke up and said that not everything is gluten free, and she is concerned about cross contamination due to a severe allergy. He literally mumbles “j*sus chr*st” under his breath. I was taken aback and asked if he just said that and he denied it. It was clear as day.

Yougurt priced per pound - thought i was getting a mixture - half out - so got a bit of another- Came to over 9$ for @ a cup full- Ridiculous $$$$$

I’ve been here a few dozen times but after today my business is gone and I recommend you do the same. I understand we have fallen on hard times and it cost a small fortune to acquire any paper good IF they even have it in stock… but with that said, being kind is ALWAYS an option. The owner very rudely addressed my cousin who was grabbing napkins for our table (about 5 - 3x3 napkins) and did not apologize for the misunderstanding once I told him we were together. He yelled “If you’re not a customer so not use our things!!” After making myself and the customer he was serving uncomfortable… he apologized to ME for the understanding. I then told him I understood things are hard right now but it’s never appropriate to make someone uncomfortable for a simple misunderstanding. He than yelled as I was walking away… “HAVE A GOOD DAY DONT COME BACK!!!!” So unprofessional.

Was a little bit pricey but over all really good.. ive never had boba on frozen yogurt but it was surprisingly good and I definitely will come back!

Not very friendly. The blonde guy who work there is very rude about operating their yogurt machine. Idiot can put a sign up saying to push the leverage on the machine off he expects people to just automatically know very poor customer service

The yogurt was good as always but the employees were not wearing masks or even gloves at the toppings bar. I decided not to get toppings because it seemed unsafe but I wish I could have.

Highly recommend this store for "Real" smoothies! I usually get the strawberry banana 24oz that is absolutely excellent! These are made with an actual banana and scoop of actual strawberries with some yogurt. This wasn't like others I've had that were made using some strawberry type puree and banana flavored yogurt. They didn't even taste like strawberry or banana at all were horrible. Not these they are the real thing. When I get one and sit in the mall, I really never stop drinking it. They are that good. I got 20% off for senior 65+. They have other discounts on different days. I get the veteran discount on one day also. Well worth the money you get the real fruit smoothie!

I had a extremely small sample of a flavor and when i didn't like it i asked him what to do with it. he told me that i would have to pay the 1.13$ because im a "crippled monkey" (im black) i gave him a dollar which wasn't enough so he scooped some of the yogurt out with his bare hand and then handed the yogurt cup back to me.

Priced by weight, so fairly expensive. Delicious yogurt though! With COVID the staff puts the toppings on for you, but you still get to choose!
