This was the most awkward uncomfortable experience ever. They has the most strange man serving at the counter. He got the mac an cheese we order with his bar hands... like i mean it would have been fine if it was a normal human being that didnt have black grease marks on his fingers... but anyway. The mac and cheese was cold and tasted like microwaved 10 day old cottage cheese. So yeah. Get rid of the 90s pedo man behind the counter and make better quality food and you might have yourself a decent food establishment. :)

3 pm on a Sunday, out of everything except dried up meatballs, dried up spaghetti and two lone Strombolis-one cheese and spinach, one pepperoni and cheese. The counter was too dirty to see through to tell if there was anything else in the steam table buckets. I got the Pepperoni Stromboli, expensive at $5.90 plus tax, but it was good to share. We ambled over and got Sarku specials that were deleesh. Cant say Id go back to the Villa place. Too dirty, and no stuff to buy.

I would love to leave a rating about the food but a place in the food court that only takes cash and that does not have a sign up that says we are having issues it's cash only today sorry is just wrong.... Thanks for wasting my time today I will not be back to try again...

After picking them up at the Jetport, I brought some campers to the food court so they get lunch. I felt like pizza until I saw the clueless buffoon behind the counter handling cooked pizza with his bare hands. I explained to him that Maine health laws state that there should never be bare hand contact with ready to eat food. Gloves or a utensil MUST be used. He gave me a blank look and continued to violate Maine state health code!So glad I decided to eat somewhere else. No surprise that they were one of the few eateries with no line! Where did Sbarros go?? I would rather go hungry than eat there.

The service was wonderful!! They were extremely friendly and just overall nice. The pizza was incredible, I got the buffalo chicken, and highly recocmend it. Their mac and cheese was ok, it was good just needed a bit more cheese in it for my personal liking. Overall, great place to eat!

This place I will never spend money again the guy serving me refused to change his gloves or wash hands had an attitude with me so I called his manager and she didnt make him change gloves for I watched for at least 15 min so I think helth wise it should be shut down

Customer service is terrible. The pizza is an insult to the name. I don't think you could really screw up pizza but they pulled it off.
They were inept, rude, and hardly had anything they advertized. No large cups, no rolls, no strombolli, no spaghetti... served cold mac and cheese. The place isnt that busy. It shouldn't be hard to stay stocked. This visit my son was served a cheese pizza slice with three quarters of it being a giant collapsed bubble with no cheese or sauce. I asked the cashier if I could get a better slice because my son won't eat that. He said, "I don't know. I just do this." I eventually sparked the interest of a manager who didn't speak, but snatched the plate from my hand, threw it away, and brought a new slice.

I chose this restaurant over Amatos at the mall. Won't make that mistake again. I found the spaghetti had a canned taste to it and over priced. Plus couldn't get a side salad because if the romaine lettuce issue . They could have used iceberg lettuce instead

I was just here.. we ate our lunch at a different establishment but wanted a cookie for a desert. Since the cookies are at the register, and no one was there, we grabbed a cookie and stood at the register to pay. A female worker with keys, so I assume a manager, came over, didn't even acknowledge me, and cashed out a customer. I patiently waited, and against she ignored me and cashed out yet another customer. She really expected me to go through a line to order food, just to get to the cookies?!! And to ignore me?!! I am a manager at a counter restaurant and NH and would never act this way!! She should be fired!!
