My boyfriend and his brother ordered a crispy chicken burger and some other sandwich and somehow they got the order COMPLETELY wrong. Boyfriend’s brother showed the cashier the receipt and said “here’s ur free sandwich” in a snarky tone as if they were robbing them. Much like the other one star reviews, this place is awful. Do NOT go.

Sitting in the lot after being told a story about how their system is down and only taking cash orders for 10-30 min … I go inside to wait and wow am I glad I did ! What a disgusting operation this is … very poor cleanliness overall .super greasy floors. appetizing black trash bags being used as some sort of liner for the fry holder … weird vibes from staff as well . I thought I’d give this location another try but this seals the deal after a few previous visits left me with lousy cold food and a stomach ache . Listen to your gut here , stay away . They clearly don’t respect you as a customer if cleanliness is this bad .

UPDATE: quite possibly the slowest drive-thru on the planet. Please, Wendy and Dave, incentivize your employees to prioritize customer service.It's a Wendy's so you know what you're getting food-wise. The restaurant is always clean, staff is friendly, and I really like the Coke Freestyle machine.

I never learn when ordering from this place. I always think, "it can't be worse than last time." Go to the other fast food places around. If you're a Wendy's fan like I am, you'll just be left heartbroken and disappointed. I can't do this anymore Wendy's, I'll just have to try your sister stores when I'm out of town.

If I could say one thing is very unprofessional. Had two orders to only receive one. Went back 3 times to try to get my order but it seemed like I was a bother to THEM. Worst experience ever. Manager was there seemed bother and rude that I wanted my order I Paid for… $25 dollars for half my food not worth coming here I recommend the Wendys in Scarborough. Place should be closed. On top of everything when I went in another customer was trying to get there food they forgot. COME ON.

If I could give it a 0 I would, literally had to go in 3 times to get the correct food, the first time being to get any food period since they just didn’t give me my second order at all. The people were rude when I kept having to go back in to get my food right, one of which was the manager. Don’t recommend ?
