Very good subs but please pay extra attention to your online orders. Every time I've come to pick them up they've never been ready at their designated time. The Brunswick one does this, too, so this seems like a constant issue with the chain a whole.

Just left Jersey Mike’s! One of the few places open during the ice storm.These poor employees had a line out the door all day. They were calm and kept on getting on with it. These workers deservea raise for today.

Staff is useless. I have still yet to receive a compete order. They list all items on receipt after ordering online, but only half is in the bag. Then when waiting to talk to a worker, they avoid me at all costs when I just want what I paid for. Numerous times being in there, staff wanders around doing nothing when there are plenty of people waiting.

Really bad customer service, apparently they don't answer phones,no greeting. I asked for a bag for the 3 sandwiches and they just gave me the bag instead of putting the sandwiches in the bag for me.
