We were pleasantly surprised when we came across this restaurant. Everybody knew each other very friendly staff in the food is great as well, and everyone seemed to know everyone so that was pretty cool to witness. Also It was a great find, and very close to the Amish store, Community Market which has some amazing baked goods, gadgets, books and spices, in that store.

I've been there a few times throughout the years, and tried multiple dishes. I can clearly state that every dish I had is something I would not recommend anyone. The eggs were rubbery, the orange juice tasted like dyed water, the expensive ribs felt and tasted like beef jerky with a BBQ sauce. I'm not a picky eater, but I would not feed this food to my chickens.

Best home cooking for miles. Think grandma's house...great big and yummy dinner rolls made fresh in house, meatloaf, steak, hand cut fries, great club sandwiches, always a good chicken dish offered, all the fixings for every meal. It is unpredictable as far as how long it could take for your food to arrive, mainly because of its proximity to anywhere so it can be dead then busy-and the restaurant industry as a whole cannot find enough reliable help. But also, people must remember that at many restaurants, the waitstaff won't be able to survive if having to share a handful of tables on a slow day. Therefore, 2 waitstaff are usually plenty, and if they get slammed, be thankful they're even there in the first place. So many first rate restaurants are closing. It's sad. Be patient! It's worth it.

I went there for a gift certificate for my parents. They love the food. The restaurant was was closed but the owner was there and took the time to help me out. What a great Christmas present.

We have been several times and loved it, Friday must have been an off night, we were greeted by a young lady that seemed not happy, no eye contact, mumbled something and walked off. When we were finally seated it was half hour before we were asked if we wanted drinks, asked for diet Pepsi got reg Pepsi, then another half hour to get our order in, then forever for our meal to come out, waitress gave my salad to another table, then it sat there for ever, then she gave it to me after the other table reached over it while eating their meal, then we had to send back our scallops back with a different waitress as they were raw, waited forever for that, our waitress never returned to our table to ask us for more drinks, but she had time to walk around with a young child in her arms talking to people , we had to wait to cash out because she was talking out back, someone had to yell to her to come out, our slip was all scribbled out so no telling what we paid for,, needless to say not the best meal or customer service, all the tables were getting bread, nothing was offered to us...very unhappy and not what we have seen in the past.

Absolutely everything from the specials, to the menu food, to the desserts that we have had have been incredible. My husband is in love with the hot turkey sandwich. The Haddock and burgers are delicious. Grab yourself a cream horn, slice of carrot cake, lemon cheesecake, or some other delicious dessert on your way out. Love, love, love this place!

Had lunch here before waiting for our train ride across the street. All 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Killer onion rings. The rubens were delicious. Will be back for more...
