Derek is one of those Chef’s that has a special ability to share his travels and world experiences with his pallet and putting together menus that blow my mind. Execution of each dish is perfect and the flavor spectrum is amazing. One of the best meals in the country, Maine is lucky to have he and his team putting out the quality of food he does. Farm to table with no excuses, done right and most beautifully presented with a sense that art is very important in his food. Huge fan, cant wait to get back.
Spectacular and inventive delicious menu. Derek and Cat were a joy to have around and the food and drink they serve is otherworldly! 12/10 recommend!!!

Cannot recommend them enough! Friendly folks who have an excellent menu, and great atmosphere! Will definitely be stopping back in asap!
