I will never use this establishment again. The owner decides to change policies and products on a regular basis with out any notifications. You are not allowed to use coupons, they don't carry wraps only flat breads( which are more expensive and shelf stable for longer). Food was good staff was friendly but it doesn't matter when the owner doesn't care.

I went into subway today and the worker Kristina was extremely rude to me. I have a hard time explaining what I want in my salad so I asked for a super salad not knowing it’s extra meat and not extra veggies I said I didn’t want extra meet and Kristina was frustrated at me and was making snobby expressions at me she kept on sighing when I was trying to explain what it is that I wanted in my salad.
I’m not sure his name I think it was Jared or something but every time I go In There he’s always so snappy and rude. Worst customer service seriously!

My wife and I experienced the best service we have ever received in a food industry setting. The sandwiches were perfect and our sandwich artist was so polite and accommodating. Sarah S made our sandwiches with enthusiasm and a keen eye for detail. We take the sandwich fixings in a container and the roll in its package. They are good about changing gloves and we ask them to take meat and cheese from the middle of the container. They will also take veggies from a fresh container if you ask. Obviously not completely risk free

These so called new size subs are no different than what they always sold mostly bread no meat or cheese if you want more so it is like the things on TV they charge you more not worth

We walk in to order sandwiches and are told they are all out of every type of bread for a 12 inch. They say they only have the keto bread, flatbread, and wraps…and because this is somehow the customer’s fault, they are going to charge us .75 more for those types of breads….you know, the ones we didn’t want in the first place. Bad business.Here is how that should have gone…we walk in to order sandwiches and are told, “ I’m so sorry but we are out of our 6 and 12 inch sub rolls tonight however, you can still get sandwiches on our keto bread, flatbread, or wraps AND these breads would normally be .75 more but because we disappointed you and didn’t have any sub rolls, we will not charge you the extra cost. Now, what can I get you?” Good Business!
