“This place had an interesting atmosphere. The food was good and presented well. The waitress was super friendly and accommodating.Parking: They screwed with the parking situation downtown in an attempt at gentrification to appeal to the college crowd's families. This resulted in far worse traffic and fewer parking spots. You may have to park in the Goodwill parking lot and walk, if there is room there.“
“So glad my friends and I found this place before an event at the Waterville Opera House. It was easy to see as soon as we stepped inside that it was a local hangout with such a great atmosphere. 4 strangers stopped throughout our dinner to chat simply because my husband had a Harley shirt on. Gabby was amazing! Because it was a busy night she warned us it would be a bit for food and was so personable even though she was crazy busy. To top it off we got to enjoy The Lone Grangers Band. After I made a request for a Grateful Dead Song they didn’t know a band member came up to the table on break and said “ give us a month or two and we will learn it . Just make sure you come back !”Only in Maine.!! Looking forward to our next trip. Wish we lived closer so it could be our hangout!!“
“This was our first time there. We went with friends for trivia night. We had a fantastic time! We ordered drinks and the nachos as we'd had dinner before coming. The nachos weren't great. It was more like a salad with chips in it. However my son had steak and mash and he said it was fantastic. We definitely plan to go back, we'll just order something other than the nachos.“
“If you want a bar where the owners actually work at the place, the music isn't screaming loud, and making new friends is easy as he'll, check out the Chez. This instantly became my new escape after work. The staff are incredible and the drinks are great. If you thought about checking it out but haven't yet, do it soon!“
