The food was great. Reasonable prices, large servings, & fresh ingredients . The waitress was pleasant and did a wonderful job. The only downside was the margaritas. They tasted like they had way too much sour mix. We tried the classic and strawberry. Neither was good. The next round, we opted for beers.

Disappointed in these folks. I drive into Waterville from up north occasionally for take-out. I've eaten food from Buen Apetito before and have no major complaints with the food. I'm a bit disappointed that they got my order wrong and i of course didn't discover the problem until after driving home and sitting down to eat. They got several things wrong with our order. I wasn't about to drive back to Waterville to return the food order. So i called the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager. I wasn't going to make a huge deal out of the incident, but wanted to let the manager know so that staff could be urged to be more careful in future. I wasn't looking to crucify anyone over a botched up order. Manager wasn't available to they took my name and number. Never got that call back. Disappointed.

The place has a nice cozy vibe. However, it was pretty cold in there for some reason... maybe just the day we went. The chips and salsas were delicious! The drinks were tasty as well and a good deal imo as you get a lot for the price of one. The main course was not the best I've had (definitely not bad), but it's the best I've had in the area! I would go back for sure, maybe just order something safer haha. The service was good too. There was a wait, but it was busy and I still felt like we got in quickly. The waitress and hostess were kind and great at their jobs!!

Food was delicious. Busy atmosphere. Couldn’t stop eating the chips and salsa. The main dish, also delicious, was the chicken mango wrap. Portion sizes were great! Server was ok. We had a big party (9) so waiting for Drinks took a while but understandable. Her personality was a bit lacking. Another waitress stepped in to help and she was fabulous. That is my only complaint which certainly won’t keep me from returning. Overall a great place to dine out!Parking: Can get tight when really busy but typically parking isn’t an issue.

I moved here from Denver. The food was okay and the portion was generous, but without green chili available, I have a hard time considering this to be Mexican food. I will give it another try, next time I will order something else. I'm sorry.

We had tried to get to this restaurant a few times after they moved to this location but rhe wait was too long each time. Glad we persisted as todays visit was great.We both had a combination dinner. The Tamales were great. I had two enchiladas (one shreded pork and one chorizo) and my wife had a chicken taco and a chile relenos. All were excellent. The sides of rice and refried beans were very good. The chips and salsas were waiting at the table and more were brought when they got low. Only complaint would be that there is too much red sauce on the food. It is tasty but just a little heavy.The combos cost $18.95 each and we had plenty to take home for another meal.The draft Dos Equis Amber was perfect.Service was perfect and friendly.

My daughter and I had a late lunch today at Buen. it was the first time I had been there since you relocate. we had THE BEST experience and the best part was our server. Sara was absolutely amazing! Her personality and attentiveness was something I have never seen in a restaurant setting. Even though I'm low on money, I gave her a great tip. We will be coming back for sure! The food and the margaritas were to die for! I will call ahead the next time we come ensuring Sara will be working!
