I ordered and waited two hours for my food and never got it then the number that’s provided on the Internet for Burger King is also not an active number. How are you going to run a legit business and not have a phone number? Your service sucks and if you can’t provide a legit phone number, you shouldn’t even have a business. And also now they’re closed and me and my fiancé and my child can’t eat because we couldn’t contact anyone from Burger King

I've seen quite a few family quarrels and have seen a few employees walk out but the other employees are cool and helpful.

This store is always clean, employees always friendly, the food is always good, the drive thru is nice and speedy, and the overall experience is good. My only gripe with this location is the parking lot is designed in such a way where the cars in the drive thru block in the cars parked on the side facing the road. Still one of the last blue roofed BK locations, so a goodie in my eyes.

I am a 76 year old, disabled Vietnam veteran and my wife is a 68 year old retired caregiver. We normally frequent the Burger King at 44 College Avenue, Waterville, Maine four to five times a week. We are particularly fond of the breakfast sandwiches. We also really like a Whopper at least once a week. The staff has always been very friendly and courteous. At the drive through we have very rarely found that a mistake was made.The issue is not the food. As stated above, we like the food, therefore the frequency of our visits. The problem is the temperature of the food. For breakfast a staff member gave me a hint that I need to ask for extra hot when ordering breakfast and that seems to have worked. I suspect that this means they are 'popping' the sandwiches in the microwave before sending them out. Several weeks ago we went through the drive through, bought two Whoppers, drove the 1/4 mile to our home and found the sandwiches to be literally 'stone' cold. The cheese was not even melted and the bun and patty were cold to the touch. This is not just a time or two but every single time, the only exception being the breakfast sandwiches due to asking for extra hot. This has greatly reduced the frequency of our visits.To add insult to injury, I had the occasion to order a Whopper at the Burger King in Skowhegan, Maine; drove 10 minutes to my friends home and found the sandwich to still be quite warm and the cheese melted.What gives?!!?Thank youAndrew W. I will never go back to this Burger King. Went in to eat, thought twice but ordered anyways. My daughter had to use bathroom some lady sitting on the floor in there. Place was dirty, workers looked dirty. Got food and sat down a worker went out for a smoke break came back in did not wash his hands and went right back to work. I threw a 32 dollar order in the trash and we left. Do not eat here

When you say no mayonnaise on a chicken sandwich and they say it doesn't have any, it had "royal sauce" to which you ask what that is and they reply "mayonnaise with seasonings", you really have to wonder what is going on in their head lol. ?Kid-friendliness: Typical menus.Wheelchair accessibility: It's wheelchair accessible.
