My daughter was instantly verbally attacked by an employee upon entering the establishment. WILLOW decided swear at her and flip her off. Shift lead did nothing but hide when I went to complain and deny said action even happened! Worse place ever!

Absolutely disgusting food handling by one of the employees working at this particular location. I ordered a coffee and a hot chocolate, following a long hike on a cold day, and watched how this preoccupied employee was preparing my order while they were coughing, hacking, sneezing, wiping their nose with their bare hands, repeatedly touching their cellphone, then immediately touching my order with those contaminated hands. It was especially disgusting observing this employee touching the tops of multiple cup lids where customers place their mouths. Contaminated cellphones should remain in your pocket while you’re handling someone else’s food. And frequent handwashing with soap and water is the single most effective method to prevent infection. Either that or just simply stay home. I feel sorry for those customers who actually ate food prepared by this person’s hands.

Drive thru only. Great serviceDietary restrictions: I don't have dietary restrictions and am very disappointed with quality of donuts. Most time they are dried out unless they're the type with so much frost it keeps them moist. I favor the filled donuts but these have become flattened out and no value as a treat. Used to be fresh and soft. Rarely buy the donuts now only one with coffee cause they're a buck.

I always do walk-in mobile orders, and they are NEVER ready, and I do them 10-15 mins in advance before I get there. They only focus on drive-through orders it seems. Even if there are no cars in the drive through or parking lot, it seems walk-in and drive-through services are both EXTREMELY slow. There is no sense of urgency or customer service at this location at all.

Not only do they never get your order right but you will be waiting approx. 10 to 15 minutes per car ahead of you for this ignorance. It is Friday Nov. 24th as I write this review I was 5th in line and have almost been here an hour. I would save your time and money.

It is tricky reviewing fast food places because so much of your experience is reliant on who is working that day. But I have been at this branch a few times and have found them to be friendly and wanting to get things right, unlike what I see in other reviews. One customer ahead of me didn't get his sandwich and asked about it. They were trying to ascertain who took the order, to prevent it from reoccurring. The customer said Never mind, no biggie, but the male employee assured him he wasn't questioning the accuracy, just trying to figure out what happened, and would he please stay just another moment as the sandwich was almost ready. A minute later he had his sandwich.My sausage and egg croissant came a little singed in a few places but so little it had no effect on quality.

Worst dunkin around. The time it takes to talk to anyone when you have a problem is way to long. They are very Unprofessional and is a dunkin I will refuse to go to.

Order is almost never right and then they have the audacity to give an attitude when you ask for exactly what you ordered. 20 minutes prior should be plenty of time to have a to go order ready. Recent month it's been to the point I've just cancelled the order and left. Definitely needs a management change or just some customer service training

The item I ordered and paid for was sold out, ok no big deal. However, I was only told after waiting quite a while for it, and this has happened to me at the Dunkins back home many times. I had hoped it would be different since it was a different location.The part that really upset me though was when I said it was disappointing the lady at the counter was very rude and said she "just wants to go home because she hates the human race today." She was also very impatient while I tried to pick a replacement item and was like "can we just refund it?" No, I was very hungry. I worked in retail for 8 years and I swear I was not rude, definitely nothing to provoke that sort of reaction. I didn't even blame her specifically, just said sorta laughed about having the same exact issue on vacation that I do back home. I realized after getting back in my car that I never even got a receipt. She probably didn't want me to do the survey.
