I purchased my food through the drive through went home. Got out the food bag busted. Open and a big puddle in the driveway. So the family's meal was all over the ground have tried off. And on for the last two plus hours to get a hold of somebody or leave a message and sad to say no one answers and no voicemail is set up. I'll be reaching out tomorrow on my break. And hopefully we can have a nice resolution. Hate to spend thirty six dollars on a meal to have it all over the ground concerned customer! And they were having problems in the drive through with not the speaker system. But the computer system so you ordered. But when you went up, they were struggling on which order to charge you for and you went up to the pickup window. Gratefully, they double checked what order you paid for it but seemed like the system was confused on who ordered what items it was a car or 2 off. Or something, maybe they forgot to get rid of an order earlier, not sure. No pictures on the food from the ground. Because it's raining outside. Not gonna ruin my phone and it didn't think about it until I got upstairs. Sorry I took a picture of the bag so they could see. But the bottom, the glue just completely Came undone.

The food was subpar at best. Everything was shoved into containers and smashed together. There was an employee behind the counter that kept yelling at the employee at the register. He made her cry and it was completely out of line. It was really awkward as customers to hear the guy yelling at the girl at the register for doing her job. She was taking orders and because it was dinner time there was obviously a wait on some items. The girl at the register was informing everyone of the waits and no one had a problem with it but everything she did a male employee with long hair in a braid kept yelling loudly at her to stop selling items they didn't have ready. He then screamed, "that's it I'm going on break" and threw his hands up and left.

Everyone should be made aware that this place is pulling scams left and right. I got charged 3 times after KFC told me my card didn’t go through, and then the story changed and they ‘needed’ my card back because there was an “error” in their system, I then told them I was done and they could cancel the entire order after they told me for the THIRD time to repeat my order because it wasn’t going through. The manager then told me she needed my card again because she needed to refund my card, to which I questioned if my card wasn’t going through, how can they refund me. She argued with me and was not making sense. Next day I open my bank account to find I was charged 3 separate times without receiving any food. I spoke with my bank to dispute the charge and was told that I was the FIFTH person just TODAY who had the same exact issue. Avoid this place at all costs.

Went here today 11-12-23 and it was a miserable experience. I usually have a good visit to a KFC. But not this one. First, the business had no heat in the customer eating area. It was very very cold and had to go sit in the car to eat for some heat. You know how hard it is to eat out of a box in a car. The chicken was not the best. I asked for four thighs of original recipe and got two thighs and two breasts. I asked for fries and got none at all. I also asked for two large containers of coleslaw to go and got two individual to go. My wife got a quesadia in a paper bag to eat out of. This is a poorly run KFC and I am embarrassed of this resturaunt and I may never go back to this one.

I didn’t even want to put no stars we spent over 50 bucks on food last night we got a 18 piece but we was five pieces short and we had to wait for chicken to get done no issues with that but they threw the hot chicken on top of other chicken right out the fryer grease was all over the other chicken couldn’t even get chicken out the container cause it was so greasy we had to throw away 50 dollars worth of food out we will never ever return to this place or any other kfc

Horrible place. Of our handful of visits, literally always something wrong with our order.Tonight, even though we agreed this place is terrible, and we would be disappointed, we swung by.They forgot my fries, gave me the wrong wraps, and the wraps were poorly made and disgusting.There's a big "NO REFUNDS" sign on the window. That's not normal. They're clearly aware of how garbage they are.Easily the worst fast food place I've ever encountered.

Asked for thighs got breasts. Chicken was dry. Asked for large take home size Cole slaw got individual size. Never received french fries. Was going to eat in but had to go to car as no heat in the dining area. Entirely horrible experience.

Listen to all these bad reviews!! This place BLOWS. Every time, they either give a wrong item, or they forget items altogether.Went through tonight to get a wrap combo-they gave one wrong wrap, and forgot the fries-THE HECK. Didn't give us a receipt and a sign for no refunds...WHAT CRAZINESS IS THAT?!One of the wraps fell open when unwrapping-just look at that garbage being passed off as food Save your money and go somewhere else.

We ordered door dash at 9pm and they don't close until 11pm and our driver called and told us they had no chicken and couldn't make our order and it was a 37 dollar order and were only being refunded 9 dollars. We also ordered a crunch wrap supreme and it was literally so cold it felt like it had been in a fridge. Idk what's going on with this restaurant but every experience I've had is horrible and I'll never be going back
