Never been let down from Portland pie. I eaten a few things not a once a week kinda review. Certainly steak an cheese is A++! There pepperoni pizza was best I have as far back I can remember. Not one slice leftover. Now the healthy eater in the house. Have many salads, Brussel sprouts all that green and healthy stuff and it's always A++.I'm speaking even for those people and they got to be out there! Were you ordered take out same place for many years....and eventually they manage to let you down...but you go back again give them the benefit of the doubt and it's delicious.....well great newsPortland PIE has never had it wrong/cold/taste bad!It's truly hard to go anywhere else when we do take out in this area! Hands down! Can't go wrong when its always right!
It was a blizzard but we wanted food, beers, and March Madness! Every place in Waterville was closed early, except for Portland Pie! We had great food (brisket nachos) and the games were on the TV's. Service (Olivia) was hilarious and on point!

Everything was awesome about this place! Our server was Kayla and she was so sweet, especially since I had a rough day. My husband and I split the caprese sliders, Pawtuckaway Parmesan pizza (tasted like a meatball sub and chicken Parm together in a pizza!) and the brownie sundae (giant and fudgy!!) - everything was great and we even had leftovers. Ihad two cocktails and he had a beer, and we still spent around $65 with a big tip.Owners/managers/whatever - Kayla was amazing and even protected my purse when I forgot it. ?

I asked for a cheeseburger with no bun and no onions and they proceed to give me just two patties in a box with no toppings. This is not what I asked for and when asked to fix it, they did not put any effort into fixing my order at all. I spent $15 on my burger and I expected it to meet the standards, which it did not. I am extremely dissatisfied with my order and will not be returning.

1st time ever going here to try it out and I can honestly say I will never do it again. No flavor and just awful. Ordered a pizza. No flavor, very bland. Ordered all meat calzone. Was not good. Barely any meat in it. Was more like a bad lasagna. Ordered the potatoes with the cheese. And that was awful and dry. Should have just cooked at home. Definitely will not be trying this again. Overpriced food. Low quality.

I've been here a few times now, and it hasn't gone well on any of them. This last time kind of makes me not want to come again.The staffing levels weren't up to the number of guests. Maybe it was just a freak incident that they got overwhelmed for the number of workers? Or maybe someone called out?I ordered a burger. I didn't realize there were bread options, wasn't asked by the server, so she just put me in for an Italian roll. Gotta say, not my first choice, and it ended up being some sad little Italian sub roll burger affair. You are stuck with chips. They won't sub fries. I think they don't want to sell fries.They were out of several items on the menu. My waitress had to come out to apologize that an entree was out of stock and get a replacement order.The food one of my party ordered was burnt. I had waited so long there was no point to send it back because who knows how long it would have taken for replacement. But maybe burnt is the style? Just check out the picture and judge for yourself.The inside is warm urban decor, so it has a nice atmosphere that's enjoyable to eat in. The bathroom was clean. There were several large televisions that I imagine play sports sometimes. Full bar is nice.I dunno. I'm not sure what's going with this place. It has promise , but I've had a few experiences that make it hard to go back.

Nothing about my visit has me wanting more.The name doesn’t carry the reputation it once did.

Had the Mediterranean pizza. It was so good. Especially with the Alfredo
We placed an order for delivery and over an hour later they called saying they ran out of gluten free crust. I don’t know why they waited that long. And of course the delivery was late. I received the replacement meal for the gluten free pizza from another restaurant before the delivery arrived. They really can’t handle delivery. Normally we enjoy the food but the service hasn’t been great.

Ordered takeout tonight, 2 calzones and 2 kids meals. When we got home to eat we realized our calzones were very undercooked, both doughs were raw in the middle. The fruit cup with one of the kids meals was dried out and inedible. The service when picking up the order was less than desirable, no one acknowledged our existence for a good 10 minutes and then they seemed put out that we ordered food. After spending $70 on this order for uncooked food and terrible customer service we will not be visiting this location again.
