This subway is the worst I’ve ever been to. I can understand counting meat and cheese bc it’s the most costly and there’s a system in place but 4 tomatoes on a foot long??? Asked if I could have a few extra peppers and the girl dug hand in bucket and threw them on my sandwich!!! Overloaded with oil and vinegar with no meat or toppings so ended up with soggy bread!!! I understand pitching pennies but with no return customers ur not going to need those Pennie’s!!!! You’ve been warned!!!!

This is the batter of the local Subway's, but they don't take coupons, and they are very skimpy on the vegetables. When ordering a vegetable sandwich, with no cheese or condiments, I would expect it to be full of vegetables.

Emily, the girl who served us, brought honor to the brand. Best service I've had all the way across the country and back. It's refreshing to see a positive work ethic and dedication to the craft at such a young age. First time that I have ever found myself saying the phrase, "There's Hope for the future."

Sat out front for 10 minutes and tried to preorder. Noticed 2 employees outside smoking cigarettes. Assuming that's why they didnt answer phone. Once I went inside they followed. THEY DID NOT WASH THEYRE HANDS BEFORE GRABING GLOVES. that means nicotine on the outside of the gloves. Absolutely disgusting.Also tried using a coupon that is valid at every store in maine. Well not here refused to take coupons due to cost of product. Bad experience. Will not go back here. I recommend new training for health and saftey.

My boyfriend and I came in with two online orders when they said they weren't ready and they hadn't even started them, The employee was speaking rudely about the manager, ignoring customers questions and they were practically out of everything. We stand and waited for our sandwiches to be prepared for almost 30 minutes when we were the second customers in the lobby. I do not recommend coming to Elm Plaza Subway the customer services is outrageously awful.
