We stopped on our drive back to MA after a solar eclipse. I feel bad for all those who were working at any fast food or gas station that day - so, so many people all stuck in crazy traffic!But after being rejected from the prior Taco Bell it was nice to be able to order through the drive thru and we parked in their parking lot to eat.

Yet another establishment in town where I have to feel like I am being taken hostage by waiting in line pulled in at 505 on 4/5 didn't leave the drive-thru line until 531 this is ridiculous people were beeping and all because they were waiting on one person obviously something failed managers please take notice I understand it's the going rate in Waterville Maine now to have failing fast food businesses but the populace are starting to get fed up. Patrons don't go here on any sort of rush hour or on your break as you will probably be late for work. UPDATE: My wife went there for food I swore I'd never again after hearing the drive through guy making fun of patrons. She apparently recognized the guy at the drive through window as an ex con and serious scumbag on Tues. March 26th at 712 pm. Of course like a drugged out scumbag hands her the wrong bag of food which she notices only when getting back home. HOW hard is it to triage a couple orders! The answer stay in school folks, stay off drugs.

Tonight was by far the best experience we have had. There was a decent line in drive-thru and our order had 13 items not including drinks and NOTHING was missing everything was wrapped so neatly and they even had them labled!! The burritos were perfectly made every item was evenly spread out so you could taste every topping in every bite! The young guy at the window was super polite gave enough taco sauce for all our food and made sure to ask if we wanted our receipt. 5 star is well deserved tonight!

this is the second time in a row that i’ve ordered off the taco bell app and had items missing from my order, however i still get charged for it, it’s on the receipt but not in the bag. they don’t refund you, they don’t offer a solution so you can’t even enjoy your food because you don’t have all of it. they don’t let you know if they are out of something they just put some of the order and just forget the rest? i don’t understand how it happens that often, its happened multiple times.very strange because sometimes the food is amazing and other times it’s overcooked/undercooked/not tasty. i’d recommend either take out or dining in because when you get delivery you spend extra money & fees and don’t even get the food you paid for. any time i’ve actually gone in they get the order right about 8 times out of 10 the order will be wrong when you choose delivery

I think everyone has come to the same conclusion here. Just look at all the 1 star reviews. For me, they didn't add the sauce I asked for in the bag, didn't give any napkins, and straight up didn't give me my drink. Glad to know we're all experiencing the same incompetency though ☺️

I don’t know why I keep coming back to Taco Bell on Main Street in Waterville, every time I go by either get the wrong food, or my food is not made properly. Example of today, I got the wrong meal. I called whoever I talk to was very nice I was able to go back and get the correct order but even then my order was not made correctly. I got a grilled cheese burrito and you do not put lettuce on a burrito. Just all around bad, bad.
