Employees were rude. My tacos were horrible. There was not much beef in my tacos. There was far too much taco and hardly any beef. I usually frequent the TB on Main Street and I guess I shouldn't have stayed. KMD TB tacos on March 15 at 845 pm... I would advise you pass on this TB location and go to Main Street. TB KMD I was just horribly disappointed. Worst tacos EVER!!!!! ? ? ? I would have complained if I thought the supervisor would have done anything but they were disrespectful to customers (bad mouthing a different customer to me?) Disgusting cold food. Disgusting cold demeanor and horrible work ethic. I won't be returning and I will be complaining

They got our order completely wrong, twice. We odered a loaded steak burrito and a grilled steak and cheese burrito. We got mashed potatoes, gravy and chicken, and a coke! ?. Then they gave us the supposed, right order. It was 1 beef burrito. I said thats only half the order, then she gave me another bag with the grilled cheese birrito and another beef burrito. ??
I haven’t been to Taco Bell in over a year cause every time it’s always messed up along with attitude. I went today and was pleasantly surprised when they took a long time and apologized to us in the drive thru you could tell they were understaffed maybe even overwhelmed but they didn’t get anything wrong this time and were so so nice I had to write a review hopefully they maintain this the drive thru people were awesome and so very nice

I can't speak for every visit I've had, but lately they must be understaffed or have a lot of new employees. I had ordered one of the cravings boxes and the only 2 edits I put in were to make the chalupa beef instead of chicken and to take the beans off the 5 layer burrito. They took off the beans but the chalupa was still chicken. It's a small thing, but 1 mistake on every order there lately starts to add up to a trend. Not bad enough for 3 stars, so 4 seems fair.

Printer has been down for the last several times I've gone in, the cashier never gave us a number for our order. We waited for 45 minutes they lost our order along with several other customers that were in the building with us. When we finally complained for the 3rd time we got food but not all of it we ended up leaving with when they handed us because we just didn't wanna wait any longer. The manager that was on shift refused people refunds and wouldn't help anyone that was working after someone complained long enough that they wanted to speak to him he refused to give his name and just went back to the office instead of helping clear up all the customers that had accumulated with wrong or missing orders.

Always excited for some taco bell and kfc!! I am a big fan of the Crunch wrap supreme, it feels like I'm getting the best food for the price. Mmm
This place is run very poorly. Short staffed, hardly ever have all food that is on the menu. The lobbies shut down a lot due to being short staffed or out of certain types of food. I think this KFC Taco Bell is one of the worst run ones I have seen.
