I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Such a cozy environment to be able to sit next to a warm fireplace! Food was immaculate, service was wonderful. I already can’t wait to come back!

Never in the history of ever have I given a perfect score. And I was torn. The desire to sing the praises of this hidden gem...and the desire to keep it to myself. Wells has been hiding this little cafe... and Nick and everyone here is the epitome of what I look for in a breakfast experience. The look, feel, and taste of eating in someone's farmhouse. Amazing atmosphere, excellent service, and the food was unexpectedly on par with anywhere I've had breakfast. Ever. We tried so many things. Simple pancakes, blueberry stuffed French toast, to the uncommon but delicious Monte Cristo. The star of the morning was impossible to pick. I had the fried goat cheese salad as a side, and ended up ordering a full size one. The Monte Cristo...often avoided by most places was and will always be my favorite breakfast...was amazing here. Ample but not huge....it more than delivered on flavor. Playful, fresh, and peefect for any foodie. As did the elderberry lemonade. Right down to the coffee....the care and thought was evident. Clean, warm, inviting, a new favorite spot. If you are visiting the area...missing this place would be criminal. Thank you to everyone here for the amazing food and experience.

The food here is phenomenal. I got the Greek omelette and it was the best omelette I've had in my entire life. So much flavor and it was so big I was able to take half home for dinner and throw it in the air fryer. Can't get over the flavors in this! Also shared French toast which was also amazing. Highly recommend! The waitress Tracy was super friendly and attentive and is great at what she does. The ambiance was nice, tucked away and very cute and cozy but definitely not small. I will be going back!

I like this restaurant for a morning brunch. They have good brunch options and a nice bar. I like sitting outside but depending on the time of year you can deal with Maine insects and bees. The inside is a little dark for my tastes.

Magical little place with a great menu and good people. Tucked away down a gorgeous road. If you are looking for a great meal in a storybook setting this is the place. Sunny and bright on the patio in the Summer and warm and cozy inside when it is cooler.

Our first visit. We were looking for somewhere nearby that served brunch as was open past noon. Merriland Farm Cafe fit the bill. It wasn't very busy the day we went. Service was great and noise level was very low, allowing us to have a good conversation with our friends. There was a nice range of both breakfast and lunch items on the menu, including some unusual Eggs Benedicts. Merriland Farm Cafe also has a drinks menu that includes beer and wine.

What an amazing place! Almost don't want to share how much we enjoyed it, because I could tell it must usually be packed. Food was creative and staff were great. We will definitely be returning. Loved the Classic Benedict.Kid-friendliness: Offered a kids menu and coloring books. My kiddo loved their Grilled Cheese.

No Vegan options besides fruit, toast, home fries. The waitress was the best. They ended up making this amazing mushroom burger! Delicious. Homemade lemonade and homemade pickles. I highly recommend this place. We were seated right next to a fireplace.

Everything is wonderful! The people, the food , the place, We have been here a few times now, it's tucked away in wells so oftentimes we forget about it. The food is fresh and delicious and their menu is great. They serve Coffee by Design coffee and today we ordered their pumpkin teabread! Yumm. The portobello and veggie omelette were delicious and the house potatoes were cooked perfectly well.

Showed up early and would not seat us sooner that actual reservation time, even though there was an open table reservation spot still open for the earlier time. Also, could not wait at the bar or order a drink while waiting. The home fries were ok. Plus, they had a bee problem with outdoor tables.

The waitstaff was really friendly, and the veggies and hash brown were really tasty, but the coffee wasn't very good at all, the jam was Smucker's single serving packets that were mostly or entirely not fruit, and I'm not sure but I think the syrup was not pure maple.

Yes, reservations even for breakfast. We were lucky, we walked in and were seated. I had the stuffed french toast and my husband had the pancakes. Food was excellent.
