“I saw the cool name of this place and HAD to stop and try it. Lady was very friendly and helpful with suggestions.We tried the hard serve Black Raspberry ice cream with Crunch Kote ?Also had the Vanilla/Chocolate twist soft serve with Cookie dough ?And the Pink Lemonade frappe and the Screwdriver frappe. Both very good!“

“The Frappe Shoppe is a place that we stumbled across while walking the downtown area in Brunswick, Maine. This small and unassuming shop is run by two very nice women. The base ingredient is their soft serve ice cream combined with syrups and flavorings to taste. We tried the basic chocolate frappe. Their big advantage comes in being open past three o'clock on a Sunday afternoon when most other downtown businesses are closed. The price was more expensive than I was expecting for what we got but it hit the spot.“

Honestly though...what's the difference? Its ice cream given a fancy name where $7 gets you a medium that holds a half of scoop. They do have some adventurous flavors, so I'll give them that. “Fun place for lunch. The servers were hard working and friendly. Don't turn away if the line is long. There are a lot of choices so you will need time to decide and the line goes quickly. The food was very good and the atmosphere was wonderful. The egg salad could have used some sweet relish. Thanks.“
