In town for a 3 day music festival and had a craving for seafood. Sorry I couldn't order everything at once. Had the haddock platter and a seafood chowder. I should have read the order taker better as I ordered clam chowder but they were out so I asked for the seafood chowder. They hesitated when I said it. The fish platter was great. Fresh and crispy. The chowder seemed to be the

The best onion rings. Delicious, generous and fresh seafood sandwiches and tacos.( I wish they’d get umbrellas for hot summer days).

Wow how is this place rated so highly? Staffed by boisterous teens who do not seem to care about quality and customer service. Went on a day with no other costumers and Ordered hot buttered lobster roll and it came out 30 min later covered in ORANGE grease and an apology that it took so long. They mistakenly made a mayo lobster roll and had to remake it. Ended up with dry orange lobster rolls. Pretty sure it was fryer grease, definitely wasn't butter. Never again

In Minnesota, we would call this a permanent food truck with outdoor picnic tables. When we arrived, it was raining so we ate in our car. Great food, great service, an interesting part of our Maine

My wife and I are on a road trip to Canada and while in Maine, decided to find a lobster roll. After several restaurants had long waits, I found Schutty's food truck in Bath. We had the lobster roll, haddock sandwich and the homemade onion rings. The lobster roll was tasty and filled with a good amount of lobster. The fried haddock sandwich was excellent and a true bargain. The fish was thick and hung over the bun. The onion rings are hand battered and fried with a light crust that compliments and enhances the sweet flavor of the onions. We also had the homemade potato chips and they were very crisp and good. After reading the reviews on Yelp! we made a 20 minute detour out of our way to get to Schutty's and were very glad we did!

I am willing to bet their specialty is FRIED (sea) food ... we got cheeseburgers, fries & onion rings. The fries weren't good, but the onion rings were good ... they were hot & delicious.HOWEVER, the three burgers & their buns – absolutely NOT A CHANCE!⚠️ 1/10It is tough when being completely honest about our (first, one‐time — LAST time) experience ... though I don't want to be THAT guy or be rude about it, it's going to seem that way ... I wonder, will my photographs also be removed? I see a lot of reviews where they are: ** I left 3 & 1 video.**** If ya don't want to make it fresh, PLEASE don't put it on your menu **First, the buns: When we took the top bun off the burgers to put our condiments atop, we noticed they were FIRM; Jokingly, I slapped mine against our table top, progressively hitting the bun harder on it ... not a chip nor a dent in either bun afterward ‐ totally intact. (Yeah, I posted a clipping of the video of this) The burgers were ABSOLUTELY cooked much earlier in the (I hope it was the same) day: The meat was old, it was cool, and 100% THE DRIEST burger I'd experienced in my lifetime of 48 yrs. We enjoyed some of our fries before they got cold — The onion rings as well. The raccoons (I think) got our burgers that were tossed out into the woods, along with the buns of STEEL. No dinner and a wasted $68.00.$60 in the garbage ... in this economy ‐ #NOPE!The atmosphere? ?Don't take MY word for it.Please, go see for yourselves!? SHOULD HAVE READ ALL OF THE REVIEWS FIRST!?

Poor customer service long, and a loping wait. Watch several orders be screwed up, and the older girl was rude to everyone who had an issue. My order was wrong, and nothing was done about it, and we were overcharged for the chowder. I'm almost certain, but I didn't want to deal with her additude.

Ugh, what a disappointment! We just pulled out of the parking lot after a very sad meal. We paid $100 for two lobster rolls, a grilled cheese, and fried zucchini. The portions were TINY (I’m talking 8 zucchini chips), the fries were soggy, the lobster was overcooked in one of the two rolls, and there was very little cheese in the grilled cheese. We waited 25 minutes for everything with only 3 other families there. There are picnic tables, but no umbrellas, so you’re baking in the sun the whole time. We’re local and we were excited to try something new, but unfortunately this is one of the most disappointing meals I’ve had in a while.

Got there and their credit card machine was down. That was acceptable as there was an ATM across the street. Then they said there would be an hour wait. There was only about 4 people waiting Infront of me. We left immediately and got better food down the road.

Not much to say it's a trailer in a parking lot. The seafood is fresh and even the onion rings are hand dipped which is pretty impressive for such a small time operation. There's a few picnic tables outside to sit in.

Food wasn't terrible but it wasn't the best either. The coating was coming off of the seafood1/2 of the plate was oily so that probably contributed to it.Not to mention the price that you pay is ridiculous. You don't get a roll you don't get any coleslaw.I decided to order a large platter and I asked them what the difference was and they said oh nothing so what's the point of advertising a platter or a plate if they're the same thing?.I asked for two types of seafood. What did I receive? A tiny container and a rather large container I thought Jeez this feels heavy. The smallest container feels light. That's got to be the fries. Well I was sadly mistaken it was the other way around. The heavy container was a bunch of greasy fries. The tiny container contained the seafood and wasn't much there. You drive all the way to the coast. Imagine some people driving two or three hours away to get there You get a child size portion of seafood and an adult size portion of fries fit for Andre the Giant. That's a lot of potatoes to be filling yourself up with. Now I understand it's a small trailer you know. But to wait 30 minutes if not longer for maybe five pieces of seafood times 2 that's kind of ridiculous My post usually generate good business for a several different businesses in the area. You would think that knowing this they would have said okay we're going to do you a solid we won't treat you like a Tourist that has a master black card in their pocket we could use to generate extra revenue and get some great publicity. So here you go but no, that didn't happen. Also the place isn't really on the water. Now there is nothing wrong with that. If it's a hidden gem is not very far to get to the water but still. Now as far as the seafood goes the size of pieces of seafood seemed like they were okay. There was nothing wrong with that. It was what it was supposed to be and the seafood didn't seem old or anything. But when someone eats out in Maine and goes to get seafood they don't expect to be paying almost $40 for french fries. Most people would throw half of the french fries out.Apparently when you ask for a large size of a seafood plate that consists of the size of the french fry being larger and that's it. I actually ordered a platter but since there's apparently no difference it doesn't really matter. If you're looking for value, save your money and move on. If you like paying for french fries or onion rings instead of seafood then maybe this is the place for you

The seafood chowder was to die for. We went to Popham Fort and then a 4th of July festival in Bath, Maine. The food truck service was fast BUT bring CASH. The onion rings were delish but the lobster roll was just ok. We watched local dancers as we

We circled back to this outdoor restaurant (seafood shacks) on the inlet after seeing the excessive lines at Reds. Glad we did. Simply ordered/shared steamers and clam fritters followed by ice cream.
