“Green Elephant. Much Elegant! Our sweet sweet boy wanted to go here! And we got into the BEAUTIFUL seaside city of Portland Maine! A friendly town elder welcomed us to the city! We went into Green Elegant and ordered soda. Less ice next time please! The man who I drive with ate some tofu and noodles and had his shirt tucked in because this is a NICE place to eat. Our Sweet boy ate something he liked. Vegan options for those animal lovers who don’t want to kill god’s creatures but also don’t want to eat mud and grass. And for me…Green Curry at the extravagant Green Elephant. The kind waitress said, you want this spicy? I said lemme get a 2 spice. Spice scale goes to 5! 2 is good. I DID NOT want to cause a scene cause Spicey gets me riled up. Can’t embarrass our sweet boy he’s shy! Shyness isn’t bad this world needs all kinds of people. Be understanding and live life with love. So I sipped soda which was blueberries flavor. And not to belabor the point but next time I’ll sip from the bottle…too much ice in the glass. Like the North Sea. Him had gift card! 50 bucks. I loved the curry and caused a small scene!“
“This is such a hidden delight! I am so happy I happened to stop and give it a try, this was the best sandwich I’ve ever had. I ordered the Henny Penny. At first I thought how on earth can I even bite this giant glorious sandwich but gave into the messy deliciousness.Great atmosphere for dining in. Very friendly staff! I got my sandwich fairly quickly also.“

“Nice little Thai cuisine on route 1 in Scarborough. The food is fresh and always good. Love that they offer steamed brown rice, not many places do!I’ve eaten in and ordered take out several times. Eating in is fine, but I prefer take out. Its clean, but the place is dimly lit and old. The staff is always friendly!“
“Great experience all around! The house pho is so flavorful and generously sized that I’m happily full of pho tonight and looking forward to having a full bowl for lunch tomorrow. The Thai dumplings are hearty and savory and my partner enjoyed his stir fry dish, as well.There was a big storm a few days ago and lots of folks are still without power, and the restaurant was hopping with takeout and dine in customers. The one-person serving crew did an outstanding job of taking care of everyone and everything and has such a lovely and welcoming presence. They are a gem, for sure. We’ll be back!“

“A really great Portland local spot with an expansive menu! Got the Drunken Noodles and the chive cakes and they were really tasty! Food only lost a star due to the spice level, I really wanted to clear my sinus with that heat but the level 4 heat was mild for me. That being said, overall it was a spacious environment, the staff were very accommodating with walkins for a Saturday night, and food came within 10 minutes of ordering. Have a taste yourself X“

“Great prices, I ordered the holiday special peppermint boba tea and a chicken teriyaki bao. I'm not a fan of teriyaki but the texture was perfect, and it was well cooked through. The bao was a good size, about the size of my fist and a bit bigger.The boba tea was omg I need to go back and get more.Kid-friendliness: I feel like for younger kids the boba might be a choking hazard, but as an Asian adult who grew up with boba I never had an issue so yeah. Maybe it's an American thing.“
“Food is amazing and excellent quality. I have been eating here around 1998 and to this day still go eat here at least several times a year. The same people own it who owned it back then, so not much has changed. Atmosphere is nice, even when it is busy, very quiet probably owing to the soft classical music always being played.“
“This is my favorite pho in Southern Maine yet! I’ve tried a lot of places and this is by far my favorite. I got the pho ga and the broth was flavorful and aromatic without being heavy or too sweet/salty. I got takeout and everything was still super hot and fresh when I got home. They also have bubble tea with some different milk tea flavor options, I got mango and it was delicious. And the staff was so friendly and kind!I will definitely be returning to try some other things because they have some great appetizer options too! The place reminds me of the (now closed) Bubble Maineia in Portland, which was always my favorite. Glad to have found a place like this in Southern Maine!“
