Best thai food take out in Maine, by far. everything is incredible. chicken pho noodle bowl, chicken rice plate, and spring rolls are my favorites, and when I get them I tear into them. this is greasy chinese foods big brother, a more healthy option and tastes better with no grease or MSG

Based on pretty good reviews, I ordered takeout from here last night - crab rangoons and chicken pad Thai. Crab rangoons were overfried but not too bad, but the pad Thai was some of the worst I've ever had. It just tasted of vinegar. Definitely will not be ordering from here again.

Take out only Thai place. I have ordered take out a few times form this place and it always good. Lots of different options and big portions. The food is always fresh and it's typically pretty quick. Also open on Mondays where a lot of other places are not.

The grilled pork rice plate was really good. With super flavorful pork and fried eggs. The pad tai was too sweet with the peanut sauce and needed some acidity. The pho was some of best I’ve had, with a super rich broth.

Best pho ever! We came all the way from Philadelphia and wanted to have a quick take-out dinner at 9pm after the long and tiring drive. But we were surprised by the amazing pho provided by Bamboo Bistro! Thank you!
