Even with the hampering of there being no in-restaurant dining and eating, this place still deliver excellence in their offerings. Today I had the pork pad Thai and it was perfect ... as you can also get them in any spicy flavors you want from 1-5. The thing that I love about it the most is the fact that you can order a lunch sized portion and you truly feel like you are getting a dinner sized portion. I also had the egg rolls that were fresh and piping hot. I am only basing this review for takeout though as they are not open to the public yet as the tables are all stacked in the corner of the restaurant. The parking is always tough for any of these establishments but the food makes it worth the fight of that limited space to park. The folks are always friendly and they are quick to fill your takeout order very quick and fast. I will be back here for some lunch in the future.

Having spent a lot of time in Thailand I would say this is an overall decent option for a small town like Westbrook. The owners seem to be Thai so that's a plus. Dishes are palatable but not amazing.

Jack’s Thai is hands down my favorite place to order Thai food. My favorite thing to order is the Red curry. They are always consistent on how they make their dishes and the food is incredibly flavorful. 100% recommend ordering (anything) you won’t be disappointed!

As someone who goes to this place consistently and orders the same thing because it's that good.. it was an easy 5 star just because the flavor and quality of the dish hasn't changed for the 20+ times I had my order..

I ordered my lunch today, chicken pad Thai-medium spice. I’ve ordered from here before and always loved it. Today was much different. I got to the restaurant 10 mins after ordering my food. My meal was was just above room temperature, and the noodles were mushy/soggy. The chicken was also different than what I have ever had before from there. I was starving and I didn’t have enough time on my lunch break to get anything else so I ate it. The first half had zero spice and was sweet if anything, the middle was four or five star spicy..

Ordered a Chicken Pad Thai dinner. Amazing not dry it was perfectly made. Most importantly it wasn't dry after reheating it up in the microwave for a 2nd helping.
