Ordered 3 sandwiches and 1 salad that were all made incorrectly. When I called the restaurant I waited for about 3 minutes before anybody even answered the phone. When I explained that my entire order was made wrong I was told 'I know I made it wrong but I have too many customers right now' and had them hang up on me. What a joke especially paying close to 50$ for food

Rude workers who were unknolowgable about the menu. My footlong sandwich had 5 pieces of chicken. The employee on the register wouldn't take my coupon and wouldn't do anything to rectify the situation. I will not go back.

Was just at the Subway on Main Street Westbrook ordered a wrap for my daughter. The lady there was finishing the order for the costumer in front of me ... as she's cutting their sandwiches I noticed she using the same knife there were 4 sandwiches ordered she uses the same knife to cut into a roast beef sandwich, a veggie sandwich, a tuna sandwich then into a chicken sandwich!!!! Then as she goes to put it back she wipes the knife off with her gloves that are covered with mayo !!!I couldn't believe it ... Needless to say I told her not to cut my sandwich !! That's just gross !!!

Truly blown away by the awesome service I received. I have weird taste and they went out of their way to make sure it was exactly how I wanted everything.Second time they've knocked it out of the park and I will now be driving out of my way to go to this location instead of my local Gorham one!

Best subway I've been in a long time, I even tried one of the new over priced sandwiches, the garlic chicken & we had the boss, was very good. Loved the lady with glasses, she was rocking the mini rush & she worked circles around her coworker

I got two subs from their new subway series, neither looked anywhere near as robust as on the tv commercials, ingredients were skimpy. Also the buy one get one free national advertisement was not honored there. besides that no complaints.
