Ordered online and said they didn't receive it. Showed them the confirmation, didn't even offer to make the sandwich and were nasty! Would love to chat with Manager.

There were no complaints about the food, but the person in charge was disrespectful. Clearly, she didn't like her job. I was told she usually is not there, the other young men normally there are very nice. She waited on me, and I won't be back. What a shame.

On my way out to run some errands I grabbed the mail and it included Subway coupons, hadn't been in a long time and was hungry so thought why not. As soon as I walked in the door the woman behind the counter noticing I had the coupons in my hand, immediately told me they are no longer accepting coupons because her regional manager told her they're losing too much money on them and to not accept them. I was sort of flabbergasted because I don't think that's legal and because I just received them in the mail that day! Decided to just order anyway and the first few items that I asked about the worker told me they were out of, I'm talking about things like grilled chicken, bacon, and cheddar cheese...basic items. I asked her if they had a particularly busy day or the supply truck didn't show up, why they were out of so many things? That's when she admitted to me that she had started to put items away early instead of waiting until close so she could get out early. The place wasn't scheduled to close for another hour by the way! I try not to sweat the small things so we pieced together what she still had out into a reasonable sandwich for me. While sitting there trying to eat I was blasted by dueling stereos playing different music equally loud, one behind the counter and the other 10 feet away in the palatial sitting area where I was. I just had to laugh at the comedy of errors in such a short period of time! I'm probably too old to be eating fast food anyway.
Usually a good experience but lately this store has people that don't follow directions well, a line of mustard doesn't mean half a containers worth, a light amount of pickles doesn't mean 20, product falls out so just leave it on the outside of the sandwich with the bread and dressing so it makes the outside soggy, so I'm hoping the rumor of this store getting shutdown I honestly hope is true because they don't seem to care anymore so I will drive out to windham where they care and actually listen....so sad

I have to give respect to the lone man working at Subway Easter evening. All his employees deserted him and he was making all the sandwiches by himself. He never lost his cool or told everyone to get out. He had a list of to go orders that was unbelievable. He continued to work the orders. This man needs a raise and a bonus. And the food was as tasty as always. I've worked in Restaurants and I know the stress that comes with it. Hope he got some rest after that hectic day

I was there Friday afternoon always great people working there and go often. The sandwich maker I had was rude short and when putting mayonnaise on my sandwich the top fell into the sandwich and she picked the top of the bottle out of my sandwich gross I won’t be back
