“I have to give respect to the lone man working at Subway Easter evening. All his employees deserted him and he was making all the sandwiches by himself. He never lost his cool or told everyone to get out. He had a list of to go orders that was unbelievable. He continued to work the orders. This man needs a raise and a bonus. And the food was as tasty as always. I've worked in Restaurants and I know the stress that comes with it. Hope he got some rest after that hectic day“
