Cold food. Skimpy portions. It seems they've shrunk everything on the menu. Dissatisfied customer. Wouldn't give me a cash refund back on my card after speaking with customer service.

For a 24 hour service 530 AM seems to be difficult for them. Between blocking the drive through with wet floor cones or telling me I can't order breakfast that early when the breakfast menu is showing.... you have great food if you would only be willing to sell

Food came out fairly quickly. It was hot enough. A bit too runny on the Sauce for my Wraps. Otherwise everything was good. I like the New Remodel Job.Vegetarian options: Rather limited to Morning Star Burger and Salad

The manager (I assume, name tag said "Doug") seemed very unhappy. He cursed out one of the young female workers while there were a group of little children in the lobby. Food was good.

The woman working the window pet a dog in the drive through, this would be fine if she had washed her hands after, but she used those same hands that a dog just LICKED to give me my food. disgusting and shouldn't be allowed.

They mess up your order then when you ask them to fix it they take almost 20 minutes to do so this place has poor customer service and dose a horrible job fixing there

In honesty I am sad to have to write a negative review for this restaurant. I was a customer of this place for years. I was in a wheelchair and went here for food because I liked their burgers. That said a few years ago they hired some new managers and staff that were really disrespectful,and not clean , and since then the place was went down hill fast. They may be doing a make over on the restaurant outside now, but the service is shameful and if they don't change out the managers and staff they will likely have the same problems. We actually went to this place during covid, and when we went here, they straight up dropped our straws on the floor, then they picked them back up off the floor while wearing gloves, and put it in the bag. Then they touched our food with floor gloves. As soon as we saw that, we didn't want the food anymore. It was a real eye opener. We were like nope keep the food. Were done coming here. Really shocking for a chain of this size to allow that kind of carelessness. This was not the only incident of bad hygiene, one other time we saw them touch a trash can with gloves on, and then start making food with the same gloves on, we literally gave them 2 chances before we quit going but it was just getting worse with their OSHA violations. It was just too gross to eat there after that.
