Old-World Italian food, their Lasagna is to die for! There's a variety of dinners to choose from, but I love Italian dishes. The service is awesome. There's a little bar inside also for a cocktail before dinner. I love the ambience and service, too.

Always great fresh homemade meals . Even the small plates are plenty for the average appetite . But go full on the Barbarossa beef filet. You won’t be disappointed. Don’t forget to order the Cheesecake. One of the best in the state .

Delicious food! Haddock is the best around! Everything I have tried is fabulous. Chicken parm, Bolognese, meatballs, haddock, onion soup, lemon cake, just beyond expectations. It is small place so go early if you don't want a wait.

I have been going here for years and I am only disappointed if they are too busy for me to find a seat. The food is consistently great and they serve you like you were family. I love the menu's mix of quality Italian and American favorites. This is not a chain. The owner/chef and a core, long-term staff maintain the high quality of the food and service. Sit at the bar if you can (but save a chair for me).

I’ve given Franco’s Bistro 1 star and if I could have I do minus. The hostess was so rude to us. Yes it was busy we get that but the way she spoke to us was not the way you speak to your customers. We wanted to get a drink at the bar while we waited. We were told we couldn’t unless we sat at the bar. Would not allow us to order a drink and sit on the bench inside the restaurant. She said the state wouldn’t allow that. We left!We went to Rustlers, busy as well, but we were allowed to get a drink while we waited standing in the area of the bar. Makes no sense but we will never go back to Franco’s Bistro.Sorry but the hostess shouldn’t be doing the job dealing with the public.Sincerely,The Young’s

If I could put no stars I would !! The most rude and ignorant hostess yelling at people who were just trying to enter the bar while we are dining right beside her it was the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had. I was embarrassed for the people trying to enter the bar. She just went on and on. I can’t believe they did not walk out. Long story short she’s just a rude lady that shouldn’t be working with the public, the food was horrible cold no taste watery disgusting…. The ceasor dressing was like slime and tasted like chemicals.. Gordon Ramsay would have a field day with this place. I’ll stick to Bruno’s where you always get happy people and respect as a customer..people don’t waste your money on this place when Rosie’s is right up the street and you are greeted and treated like a customer not made to sit under a freezing cold cieling fan that they refuse to turn down to a lower setting than helicopter mode.. when you open the curtain right at your table to get warm by the sun and the hostess comes right behind you and whips them shut.. then turns the fans up higher to the point you have to ask for a different table and you get stuck, sitting behind beside her at the hostess station instead where she continues to yell at customers right in front of you, and be the rudest person I’ve ever encountered with the public. Old lady go home and start knitting. You’re too crotchety to be in public.

I will start my review as Kevin S. We also did not eat here because of the hostess! We were up for a memorial service on the weekend of 9/23/23 we called on the Friday night and asked if we ca make a reservation for 2 at 6:00 the hostess replied " oh no ! We only take reservations for large parties ", and right now there's a 45 minute wait! We decided to go and check it out despite the warnings we were told by some locals regarding the hostess. She looks a us and says there's about a 30 minute wait even though I counted at least 5 vacant tables! I spot one empty seat at the bar so I told her we will have a drink and wait at the bar. She's says " there's only one seat " I said my Wife will sit and I will stand! She says " oh no you're not allowed to stand at the bar! " Then I see 2 people leave the bar and I tell her there's people leaving we're going to sit there. She says " Oh no there's people waiting for the bar too"! Even though we didn't se a single person waiting! Most ridiculous person I've ever met! DOES NOT BELONG IN THE RESTAURANT BUSINESS! We went down the street to Rose's Italian restaurant and had a great meal and time and a wonderful hassle free hostess!!

Amazing food! Had the seafood pasta and crème brûlée. Kind waitress as well.Dietary restrictions: I’m allergic to soy, which is difficult. They calmly assured me they cook all their food fresh in house with only with olive oil.

I've come the the conclusion that Frank wouldn't serve you anything that he wouldn't serve himself. This place is a gem including the entire staff. The blueberry salad dressing was amazing
