Placed an app order on February 1st for 2 club subs. Picked up my order, drove 45 minutes home, opened the bag and got 2 chicken cheesesteaks. Called the store and spoke to an employee who was less than helpful, did offer to remake my subs the next day if I wanted to drive back, but I declined making the 45 minute drive. I feel like my order should have been refunded.

I am a third-party delivery driver and I’ve been having a lot of problems here lately showing up 20 +minutes after the order has come through and the food is not made, while they’re making all the Carriyout customers first.I start the 15 minute timer when I arrived and if it’s not done than I cancel the delivery on my part and let the customers know that they are making the line of walk-in’s orders ahead of their pre-ordered delivery.I get paid for my attempted pick up if i wait 15 minutes. I don’t get paid for standing at stores or in drivethrus for 20+ minutes waiting on food that should be ready on arrival.Last weekend I went in and stood there for 10 minutes to inquire about my 27 minute okd delivery and the one guy behind the counter never even acknowledged I was standing there. I gave up waiting for him to ask me if could help me and I canceled. first let the customer know they were literally ignoring me there.Tonight I’ve been standing here for 20 minutes and they were working on my delivery when I arrived.One sandwich is in the bag behind the counter and the guy that told me it was coming right up 20 minutes ago has disappeared. Again canceled and informed customer they’re not making their food and doing walk-in’s firstI think I will avoid pick ups here until they can get things running more smoothly. they first opened I didn’t have too many problems here Shouldn’t take 25 minutes for two sandwiches to be put on the pick up rack for delivery.

I waited 15 minutes for my food that I saw setting in the corner of the mate table. While four workers work the front line to clear the lobby. My sandwich was very stale. My meat was dry and I paid a lot of money for this order. B*******

Food was good, didn't see an employee smile even once, very drab atmosphere, took a wicked long time (25min) to get a steak and cheese(10min prep time tops in my opinion) grill area is way too small which could have contributed to slow time. I'll be sticking with D Angelos from now

Horrible mid and upper management. There is 0 incentive for the guy making $15/hour to work hard on your sandwich.
The fault at this and most locations is poor middle and upper management. No one making under $20/hr cares about your sandwich as there are no incentives in place for them to do so. I made $17/hour there and I was making more than the very hard-working refugee shift lead who had to come in at any hour of the day. I don't want to say racist but they clearly take advantage when they can. I understand the manager doesn't manage this location anymore because of complaints from employees and customers and alleged investigation of child labor laws but he still manages other locations.Tips. I hate this BS. This is companies tricking the customer in paying for their lack of adequate wages. Do you tip at McDonalds?Subs are great but fuck these places. Or get there early for fresh baked bread :)

The sandwiches are good. That is why I have been there several times. The issue is the service. Last night around 5:30 p.m. I drove to get a sub. They were out of white bread which is not the first time this has happened to me. Sometimes they are out of white bread, sometimes you have a wait close to a half hour while the bread bakes. They almost never have enough help. They always put the slowest person putting the condiments on the subs or at the register. Sometimes they have a full staff however it seems to me it takes even longer to get your sandwich. If you order a hot sub you better bring a snack because they make them one at a time, even if the order is for 4 steak subs. Same issue if you order a bowl. Takes forever. I will most likely continue to go there, I will just add 20 minutes to my timeline.

Brutally slow from order to getting a sandwich. There was about seven employees all flustered with one or two customers in the entire store took about 10-15 minutes to make a regular sandwich with no one else in front of me. I almost walked out because I’m on lunch break. Young inexperienced, no leader they all look like their deer in headlights. I’m sure it would be good if it was organized.

Ugh. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch Philly. Got a steak Philly with onions. Ordered in person so can't blame a computer glitch here. So disappointing.
