Good food, but a bit pricey for what it is. Not too terrible, but something to remember. Service has always been great in the years I've gone there. The restaurant layout and design is really good, and the few times I've gone in to eat they always had some TV channel with people falling down. Grandkids loved it.

As a connecticut native, PPC in windham has the best pizza in the area. The price is reasonable and the toppings are not skimpy despite what others say. Mike is a great bar tender who pours heavy drinks and his customer service is like no other. The bar is a great place to hang out if you enjoy watching sports, bruins spirit is strong!

Like all kids, mine love pizza, and I try to find the best quality.. Sometimes, after eating it, I feel gross from the poor quality cheeses and other toppings. Portland Pie uses good fresh ingredients, and they offer a wide range of creatively topped pizzas. The prices are on par with any other shop. They also offer some really good pastas, salads, and sandwiches. Their menu isn't overwhelming. It's a thoughtfully considered selection made well. The atmosphere is clean and bright, and the staff is friendly.

I'm stunned to see all the bad reviews recently. My son and I visited over February vacation. Fun fact- kids eat free (cheese or pepperoni pizza) on Mondays and Tuesday. I've been to PPC a bunch of times, at different locations, and I'm always torn between my favorites and the seasonal a they switch up every few months. I went with my old faithful Great Diamond pizza with a garlic crust and it was as good as it ever is. I crave this pie and their Buffalo pie (Nor'Easter) on the regular. Our waitress was on top of her game. $15.99 for a small pizza is a bit pricey but considering we both ate for that price plus a couple of sodas, that's less then what you'd pay for two fast food meals and it was a heck of a lot better, plus we had leftovers.

The absolute best of the best! Could not ask for better customer service. Since having a newborn in August who is allergic to dairy, we don’t go out to eat often. Mom decided a mushroom and spinach pizza with no cheese sounded great tonight! When we got the take out order home, we realized it accidentally had cheese added to it. When we called, they were as nice as could be. Not only did they answer the phone after hours, they made her a brand new pizza! We picked the new pizza up along with a gift card for the trouble. We were shocked as you don’t find this often. Mom couldn’t be more happy and we appreciate you all! Thank you!

I know a lot of times people wish 0 stars were an option, but for me I wish I could leave more than 5 regarding our experience there last night. Kayla was our waitress, and I don't think I've ever had a waitress with more patience than Kayla.First of all, only 3 of us showed up at 4:30 and stated we were expecting 4 or 5 people. It wasn't until an hour had gone by that the fourth person showed up. Then around 6:00 not only did our fifth person show up, but we had an unexpected 6th person join. Instead of getting irritated or upset about the addition, Kayla just merged 2 tables and treated it like we had all 6 been there the whole time. She never let any of our drinks get empty before asking if we wanted refills, and everyone got exactly what they had ordered. Then at the end of the night we asked for 5 separate bills and our superwoman waitress Kayla divided it all up perfectly.So, thank you Kayla for your unwavering patience and your positive attitude and personality. When I go back, I will be specially requesting her as a waitress. And thank you to the kitchen staff and bartender who nailed everything, and in a timely manner.Great experience!!

I’m not sure why I keep trying it every few years except for the fact that the original location was so great and I am always hoping they will one day get back to their roots. I never met a brussel sprout I didn’t love until I got them here. I actually threw out the whole order after a few bites, they were that bad. Maybe I should stick to trying the pizza again but if not, I’m done for good.

I ordered a pizza for pickup via door dash and paid online when I placed the order. When I picked up the restaurant told me the payment didn't go through and charged me again. However, I checked my account and showed them that I had two charges forthe order. They proceeded to tell me that there was nothing they could do and I'm stuck paying $60 for one pizza. The pizza was ok, but not worth the $30 price, let alone the $60 I paid. Will not be returning.

The most overpriced and skimpy toppings, and worst sauce,cheese and crust I've ever had in my life. Don't go there!!! Oh, did I say how ridiculously over priced?!!

Food and drinks are great. Wait times can be heavy even for takeout. Food took twice as long as quoted for takeout today. Staff was super friendly and apologetic, owner even came to talk to me. Went above and beyond without being asked or prompted. Will be back for sure.
