Food was absolutely horrible tonight. The hamburger was supposed to be well and was charred with no juice, just like a hockey puck, gross. Even the fries were subpar. Very disappointing.

The quality of the food does not meet expectations compared to other surrounding restaurants. The majority of food is greasy and nonetheless a bit bland. However everything else did meet expectations. Service was good and the atmosphere was not bad.
The bathroom was very gross, was concerned about the trashcan, plunger and toilet brush being caked with grime, hair and very dirty....made me wonder what the kitchen looked like...not gonna lie, was pretty grossed out by it!

update from 12/23/2023 review. One of the woman that was in our party ordered their take on a reuben sandwich which was mediocre at best. Again portion size is crazy, as such, she took half of the sandwich home. The following day she decided to finish the sandwich. In one bite full she found 1/2 toothpick! This isn't carelessness; this is negligence borderline intentional. This only goes to show that they DON"T have a qualified chef, because NO chef would allow such a thing. She also received their famous re-fried limp french fries. It becomes more obvious that they aren't interested in quality food, cleanliness.

Booth seats literally patched up and covered in DUCT TAPE which is peeling up. All the finish stripped off the tables, place just looks unkempt and trashy. food is good but nothing special. Two bartenders and drinks still take forever and extremely overpriced, we’re talking $12 for a drink advertised being made with a cheap vodka but waitress was on point
