“Kudos to Severino's Variety for supplying 20+ Italian sandwiches for a celebration of my friends. They were very helpful even delivering the sandwiches to the car of the person picking them up. The sandwiches were delicious and the store put the onions, oil, salt and pepper on the side. Everyone involved praised the meal! Thanks again to Severino's and their staff.“
“Not at all what you would expect from a "grab and go" meal, this Sushi is amazing! FRESH, FRESH, FRESH!!! from the raw fish, imitation crab to the veggies, it all freshly prepared, and very well presented I might add. I would 100% recommend this quick option for tasty Sushi!“
“Hannaford's Bento sushi is my go to when I'm craving sushi for lunch at work. Besides being nearby, it's freshly made with quality ingredients and the prices are fair. I've had the tropical tuna crunch rolls ($9.99), spicy cali mango crunch rolls ($6.99), and the Atlantic salmon avocado & nigiri combo ($9.99). All of them were excellent choices. Unfortunately the range of what's available varies from location to location, presumably based on how large the market is and how much business they see on average. It may also change day to day. It's not really possible to predict, and Hannaford's website isn't helpful. It looks like you can see the full line of products at www.bentosushi.com, but no prices since I'm sure they will vary depending on region and supermarket chain (the brand/chain has wide presence in the US and Canada). Each time I've gone, the sushi chef has asked me if I had any questions, and while I didn't, the attention to customer service in the department is appreciated - customer service is my job! One minor inconvenience is that in one instance, the sushi was arranged in the tray with an open reservoir for the soy sauce, but the other two times it was filled with the ginger and wasabi.“
“This is not a stand-alone location. The product is made at a counter inside Hannafords supermarket (next to the deli counter) and is pre-packaged in "to go" meals that you take to the grocery cash register. We are not sushi experts - I am mainly leaving this review so others can find the location. We enjoyed the sushi/food and there was a good selection in the display case - even late day. Multiple Salmon and Tuna (AHI) options, plus California rolls, and spring rolls. Was fast to get and convenient.“
