Not too bad but the food felt like it was sitting in the warmer too long. I understand some people don't get spicy nuggets that often but i felt as though I deserve fresh food as a customer.
Service was extremely slow. To top that off, when asking the girl at the window for a straw, she gave tons of attitude. Then, when pulling away, she started making hand gestures toward us. Not impressed one bit.

Wendy's is pretty much the only fast food place I will go to. The burgers are "fresh, never frozen" in the taste, as if that advertisement is true. They supposedly offer baked potatoes, but they never make enough to last them through the day. Their non-carbonated beverages seem above average, and their food always seems fresh. I go there every week.

HORRIBLE experiences here time after time. I normally love Wendy's, especially their french fries. But this location is absolutely the worst! Each visit is negative especially late night. But this last visit was particularly horrible. We ordered two biggie bags with nuggets and a burger and fries. They were out of chili, of course. We got to the window and asked for a side of mayo. Then before we pulled off, I said "I'm sorry, I forgot to ask for ketchup". Then he grabs a single packet of ketchup for two orders of fries and drops it in the bag and closes the door before I can say anything. He sees me waiting there, ignores me for a minute and then comes back to the window all huffy and I say actually can we get like a handful of catch-up? Then, without a word, he grabbed a handful of catch-up and dropped it in the bag and slammed the window closed again. We pulled off, and the fries were, of course, completely old and stale. So we had to drive back and ask for new fries and wait for them to be fresh this time, hopefully they didn't spit in them... Then we noticed that they didn't put any of our sauces in for the stale chicken nuggets, but by this point, we just figured it was a ruined trip and we didn't go back to get our sauces. These employees are horrible! They don't know the first thing about customer service or providing quality food. Who owns this place? Whoever they are, they are doing a horrible job! This place just needs to be torn down and something else put up that can do a good job. I love Wendy's, and even though this is the closest Wendy's within 30 minutes of me, I will never be going back!

was there today 10-8-2023, the manager ( i assume) was very loud and upset about being so busy. he at one point said the f word, while constanly being rude to his staff.the staff all have long hair in their face, the kid on the counter shook his head and flicked his hair we were shorted a burger as well but didnt want to go back in due to the terrible staff.
