You’ve got 1 job!!! Ordered 3 L Italian sandwiches, no oil, no onion, 1 double. Went down 25” later. Very rude staff upstairs!! Picked up the sandwiches and put them in the cooler in the truck. Drove 4’. Opened the cooler to find 3 sandwiches, swimming in oil, all with onion, and no double-even though 1 was labeled dbl and all were labeled no onion. 1 job to do and can’t do it. Ridiculous. I’m originally from Yarmouth but will boycott all Pat’s from now on and tell all my family and friends.

I urged a stop with my friend after not being in this location for a while, Yarmouth. We sat in the bar in a booth, which is nice with all the flat screens. Not much had changed in the atmosphere except I noticed the bar area was not as busy, but it was Tuesday at lunch. We ordered 2 craft beers from our sever that appeared not to excited or happy to serve us. Waited about 10 minutes for the beer, with my realization the server may be having to serve customers in the bar as well as restaurant. I have always loved pepperoni double dough, well done light sauce. My friend chose to split a sm. loaded pizza, I suggested fries. No smiles from, she was running away before I asked for well done light sauce. Fries arrived in a timely heated well not real fries as one would not expect to see in a restaurant thats main focus is on the pizza. Server kindly gave us ketchup, as she was running away again, I asked for vinegar. Very flat affect, nothing like I will get that to you shortly with a smile or anything. Pizza, when it arrived. it looked and tasted as if the items were just fried and thrown on top of an undercooked, dough, typically all items should be cooked ya know like baked together! If you read this far you might remember me asking for lite sauce, well done. Failed to mention, it took about 25 minutes to reach us understandable, I guess it was only a Tuesday with a handful of people eating in the bar. I understand they have takeout and online orders. All I wanted was what l ordered as a paying customer (well my friend paid) As for the server whom was polite enough to ask how it was I think we felt compelled to say it was good, as she did not even look at us as she ran buy. We both only had one piece of pizza,my friend maybe two. Check amd boxes, put the pizza in the box it slide in the toppings everywhere, my recollection is a i well done pizza does not slide into a box. Tipped 20 percent and waited what seemed like forever, so I approached where I knew they as waiters cashed out the checks, I was told by the server again flat affect, quote I can get it over there. Quite frankly made me feel like a child doing something wrong, no words such as hold one second, I will be right over to help you, no just bring it over there, what if I didn't know where over there was? I understand that our restaurants in the area are understaffed, but the service we received and the pizza was deplorable. We both agreed we should have gone across the street to the other pizza place. To no avail, I am going to visit every Pat's across the State, starting in Orono. My friend and I will find our favorite, but Yarmouth as for along as I loved it as a patron, is not on my list!

Best gluten free pizza ever! I’ve been gluten intolerant for over 35 years so that says a lot. It was so good I had to ask the server if it really was gluten free. Staff was super friendly. Fun vibe to the place.

Pat’s Pizza Yarmouth, Maine did NOT bring our salad dressings or our plastic ware to eat our salads with. We are currently traveling and we are staying at a hotel close by. Do NOT order anything from this restaurant. When we placed our order on the phone we clearly pointed out to include salad dressings for each of our salads and plastic ware so we could eat our salads. HORRIBLE service. Again, do NOT waste your time of ordering anything from this establishment. We do NOT recommend this restaurant. If we could give a zero star rating, we would but that isn’t possible and still submit a review. Our order took 90 minutes. When we called back they had a very poor attitude and said they will get it to us. We waited an additional 90 minutes and we called them back again. They said that they left it at the front desk. We went to the front desk and talked with the employee on duty and he told me that no one has delivered anything. So now it has been over 3 hours and we still haven’t eaten anything. Again, DO NOT USE THIS RESTAURANT. JUST HORRIBLE.Update - we called this establishment again and requested a full refund and once we were able to speak with the correct person, they did give us a full refund.

I love John and his son . Still need some guidance with the Lord , but I grew up with them and helped with my first job ever! The first pizza single slice venue downstairs. So I could get funds for hockey!!! Thank you, Kyle, for keeping Pats going for so many to eat and have fun ! I love you, fam ?

Good food, good service, conveniently located bathrooms, only a couple stairs from the outside to get in and then no more stairs. Lovely waitress, and the artwork on the walls was from everywhere which kept the kids asking questions. We will definitely be back.
