The food was delicious my girlfriend and I both had a miso ramen bowl which was perfectly done the vegetables add perfect freshness, the meat was tender and tasty! I was met by what I imagine are the owner and spouse. The man of the couple was very polite and kind offering me a beverage while I waited. The women seemed to be in the kitchen and run some of the food. The restaurant was beautiful and new.

Just ate here today, and everything was delicious! Good quality and portions compared to prices. Service was great. We got a poke bowl, bento box, sweet potato roll special, and crab rangoons, I recommend all of them. The bento box I got comes with seaweed, I'm not usually a fan, but I loved the flavor of this one. All the food tasted freshly made and was ready quickly (we were ahead of a rush, so keep that in mind). Could not be more satisfied!The only things I would say that could easily improve is - having some cultural music playing, this is really important to help make people feel more comfortable. And it would be good to have a clear sign by the register that let's people know to order there before they sit down. To us, it seemed like that's what we were supposed to do, but weren't completely sure intially.The most important thing is that the food and service were great!

When you travel down Rt. 1 York, ME there are long time restaurants. We hope Min Sushi and Ramen will become such a place and the owners find a permanent home in York.Other reviewers have testified to Min's food quality and size, which makes it a great value. They use authentic sushi rice. Sushi rice is made from white short-grain rice, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Do try their calamari that is perfectly cooked and seasoned sashimi.Don't shorten your experience by missing out on the sake, which is wonderfully delicious and a good value.Min Sushi and Ramen is located in the Estes Plaza--look for the Mobile sign.

Family and I went to Min Sushi & Ramen in York the other night and left with a full bellies and smiles on our faces. Started with the Crab Rangoon, fried shrimp and miso soup. All were delicious, but I must say I was thrilled with the miso soup. It was fresh, flavorful and filling. The Shrimp was very light, crunchy and "clean" tasting (hope that makes sense). Moved on to the sushi, Had a spicy crunchy Salmon roll, the Spicy chicken roll and a yellowtail roll. All three were fantastic and had 10 pieces each!!! One of us got a Bento box...The seaweed salad was amazing!! So much flavor! We normally go to Domo and spend a fortune, All this was under $80 including tea and drinks. The place was clean and bright (fresh yellow roses on the tables), bathroom was spotless and the waitstaff (owner) was very friendly and attentive. Will go back again and again. Well worth the drive!

The food here was legitimately a level up. The crab Rangoon were I think the actual best I’ve had, the sushi was fresh in a way that’s a little hard to describe but so good and the miso ramen seemed like it was freshly made. We really liked this place and will be coming back. I’ll also say the pricing was very reasonable and a bargain for what we got. Truly recommend, it was surprising how good this was. Atmosphere was clean and nice, server was very friendly.

Service was great but the sushi was just about grocery store level of quality.(To owner's response)Yes, unfortunately I ordered several sushi rolls and with all the talk of fresh ingredients and 5 star reviews on Google, I did really expect quality sushi. What I received however was poorly wrapped rolls lacking in flavor. I think the ingredients were indeed fresh (except for the nori being chewy) but I've had a lot of bad sushi in NH / ME and this was up there as one of the worst.After Shio in Portsmouth closed years ago there hasn't been anything nearby that is remotely close to the quality of food and sushi that they served. If you are reading this and looking for good sushi, the Boston or Quincy areas are truly your best bet.
Went to Min's for the second time on Sat night. It was so yummy, so fresh. Had the Miso Ramen bowl, the Poke bowl and the Min Sushi Double Roll. So good. Service was very quick, as it wasn't very busy at all. Please help support this new local business.

What a great find in York , Maine. Not too far from the outlets and located in a small strip of stores next to a mobil Gas station , Min Sushi is a new spot for ramen , rice bowls , sushi and more. We came for the ramen which was delicious and flavorful but we also had sushi and the pork dumplings. We could tell the owner was excited to serve his guests which made us happy to be there. It was a little too quiet , I would suggest to the business owner to add some nice music in the background. Besides that , the food was delicious and fresh! We hope to be back in the future.
