Awesome selection of scoop ice cream, soft serve and Italian ice. Prices were very reasonable and sizes were huge! Staff were friendly and helpful. Directly off the beach and just outside the street exit from the arcade. Enjoy!
Small spot in a crowded area We went just before the high season and had a short wait. I'd expect a longer line during the summer but it would be worth your time. A crazy number of flavors (including a surprising number of soft serve flavors) all for a very reasonable price. The people who served us were very friendly and the walk to the ocean overlook is only steps away (before your ice cream melts). Give it a try!

Quick spot for a cool treat - we got a Del's and DF ice cream, and both were great! Service was fast, but the place is a little small, so it's probably best to send one parent in for the goods while the other parent waits outside with strollers/kids.
